Review 1：I wanted to pay by cash for the room but the hotel had already taken the fee before we had arrived. They did offer to reimburse it but informed me it would take several days.

Review 7：Didn't like that you have to pay for drinking water in the room. Only one 0.33 l bottle per double room per day is provided, regardless of the number of guests in the room. We were 2 adults and a kid. Water from the tap is terrible even if boiled. I also didn't like that my credit was charged before my final checkout, and I hadn't been informed in advance or given an invoice. I would have preferred to pay cash but nobody consulted me.

Review 8：Breakfast is excellent. Room service menu delicious and sometimes better than offered in the restaurants outside of the hotel.

Review 9：Problems with dinner in the restaurant. An over charge on the room and a failed attempted over charge at dinner. Both were resolved but not really easily.

Review 10：The facility was very nice. The staff was helpful. The city of Adana felt somewhat hostil to Americans. Crazy city with mad drivers. Very conservative.

Review 11：I was put in a smoking room, and in my booking preference I choose non-Smoking room. Then they changed the room to a smaller one that's non-smoking room :(

Review 17：From first arriving until departure the staff at the hotel were very professional, helpful and pleasant. The room on the 8th floor was quite sumptuous, comfortable and well provided; somewhat larger than the usual "standard" room and a nice big bathroom. The New York steak on the menu is amazing value!

Review 18：The room is dimly lit. Although there are many lights, the bulbs are not bright. We had an incident that marred our stay and I may have overreacted. I was traveling with my boyfriend and upon check-in we presented our passports. The room was in my name. On the second day, the desk clerk asked to see my boyfriend's passport and asked me if he had checked in with me the day prior. I flipped. I asked him if he were insinuating that I had just picked a man up. If the woman who had checked us in initially had made a copy of BOTH of our passports, this situation would not have happened and the ugly situation that subsequently occurred after wouldn't have taken place. I will admit that I was furious with the desk clerk. He kept his cool and stayed pleasant with me while I baited him to say one more unkind thing to me but for it to be suggested that I just found my boyfriend was a serious breach in professionalism.

Review 19：I really liked this hotel. The room was spacious and attractive. Staff very attentive. Breakfast buffet is phenomenal with the best omelettes I have ever had and I usually hate other people's omelettes. They were light and fluffy and not cooked like scorched rubber.

Review 20：I liked this hotel mainly for good location but also the staff is very kind; the security guard at the entrance; reception desk; breakfast room etc. The hardness of the bed an pillows are exactly as I like them. my room was quite large and spacious.

Review 22：Excellent location in the centre of Adana. Very friendly and cooperative staff especially on front desk and with taxi service. Concierge recommended an excellent kebab restaurant across the street; Abidin Usta Kebap Salunu with Adana and Shish kebab to die for. So good we went back for more the following day.

Review 74：WOW! We struck gold here, for sure! We occasionally like to treat ourselves to a suite, when the occasion presents itself, and that was the case here when I was making reservations. Now suites mean different things to different people. Sometimes it’s one larger room with a nice seating area, sometimes it’s two separate rooms. Here at the Hotel Senbayrak City, our suite is huge, luxuriously furnished and extremely comfortable! We are in Suite 612. We enter into a large living room, furnished with sofa, chairs, coffee table, TV, minibar and nice lighting. From there, we walk into a dressing area with lots of closet space and mirrors as well as a padded bench. From the dressing area, we can enter our luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, or the king-size bedroom, complete with another chair and table, television and mini-bar! We have windows on two sides, as well as excellent and attractive lighting. As we still have three weeks remaining on our Turkey adventure, my husband inquired if we could stay here until it’s time to return to the U.S. Very, very tempting! Additionally, I took laundry down to the front desk when we checked in, around noon – and it was back, ironed and on hangers by 4 p.m. Incredible place!
