Review 1：Everething was perfect
Review 2：Very nice apartment in Calea Victoriei. Near Radisson Blu hotel. Everething was perfect. Next time will stay at the same place. The owner is very nice and helpful. I recommend it to you.
Review 3：I was not pleased by this particular location, comparing with some others I used before from A&A. In the living room: poor bed quality, poor TV signal, noisy air conditioning. There are bugs in the kitchen.

Review 5：It was not mentioned that there are apartments in different locations in Bucharest. The cleanliness was very poor. Not well organised. They had us waiting while they were cleaning the flat.

Review 8：a strong chlorine odor when you enter into apartment to cover the smell of smoke of the customer before. old apartment with no natural light. it's dissapointed when you book something and you receive one of the apartments avaible at that moment. The parking is free,but you don't find easy place for parking at a resonable distance.
Review 9：Location was ideal, 5mins taxi into the old town. Facilities were more than enough for our stay, couldn't complain in the slightest. Staff spoke great English and advised us all on good tips I.e; reliable taxi firms, resturaunt & bars etc.

Review 12：Location is perfect They were nice sice it was possible to check in at 8 in thr morning and gavr us also a better room than expected. Everithing was clean and i think the appartments are perfect for people who cater for themselves and also for those which eat out since there are many restaurants nearby. Big living room with nice furniture and satelite tv.
Review 13：Apartment smelled like cigarette smoke. Bed and couch were not very comfortable, and the linens provided for the bed didn't even fit on the bed, which made sleeping even more uncomfortable.

Review 23：The common areas of the apartment building were pretty bad. The lighting was dismal to nonexistent but don't let that put you off, the apartment itself was great.

Review 62：I had requested a one bed apartment, but was gone name bigger apartment, but the second room was not prepared. The bed sheet in my room was too small for the bed and I ended up sleeping on the bate mattress at times!

Review 65：Our apartment was easy to find(Google!!) and we were met as arranged no problems. Situated a 5 minute walk from the Old Town. Lovely comfortable apartment with more than we expected. Fully equipped kitchen and having a balcony was great! Bucharest (and Romania) is beautiful. I'd easily recommend A&A Apartments!

Review 72：It's an apartment, you need to know that unexpected things might happen and on those the staff has no control. Last two nights an annoying noise from broken appliance has causing me headaches, it was fixed few hours before my checkout.

Review 74：Location was great Nicolae Balcescu Boulevard no.24, about 50 m far from Intercontinental Hotel / University Square. I parked my car just behind the main road and used it only when i was leaving , 7 minutes walk from the old center and 2 minutes from the nearest metro station. Wifi was excellent , speed up to 21 / 4 mbps. Super clean and a full equipped kitchen. Space !!! Lots of it ! Up to 6 persons can sleep comfortably.
Review 75：A&A is the renting of various apartments in Bucharest. The buildings are usually old and quaint. They are not posh - they are apartments with kitchens (great for saving money on breakfasts). Some had a washing machine. I was in two while I visited. One was a small studio and quite adequate, but as soon as possible I was moved to another, bigger apartment. They both were in downtown Bucharest within reach of almost everything! Excellent value for the price. Oh, the maid came in once a week so for a longer stay it was excellent.

The agency recommended that we go to that flat as there is a spot to park behind the residential building and indeed there was but every time we parked the car we were only to find it next morning with it's wind-screen wiper up as a sign of protest that we parked in someone else's place - I mean how rude is that seriously... Review 79：The apartment we got was really nice - close to Piata Romana with two bedrooms, spacious living room and a nice kitchen. We were very happy with the staff and with the facilities at the flat. The wi-fi was so fast and no fault at all. Beds were comfy, had towels and everything you need. Also very convenient to get by in the center of the city. We walked back to the flat from the Old Town for about 25 minutes - was great.
Review 80：Had to buy own toilet paper. Kettle didn't work, though we could boil water on stove. Mattress hard. We had a visitor (a cockroach).

Excellent kitchen facilities, down to filter water, which saved us a lot on bottled water. Good wi-fi signal and next to a supermarket. Excellent location - neighbors to the Hilton and Radisson Blu hotels, walking distance from many sights. Robert communicated well and brought the keys to us.
Review 84：No major issues. The only two things to mention are: 1) miscommunication about the exact location of the appartment - the final address was different then the one shown in booking.com but finally better than the previous one ;-) 2) you have to park your car on the street.
Review 85：Whole flat available with all necessary equipments to your disposal. Great view to the Piata Rosetti (and also the building of the Parliament in some distance). Very recommended!

Review 89：Because A&A is not a hotel but a collection of apartments spreadover more buildings, A&A has little influence over everythingoutside the apartment. In the case of my apartment, the entrance,elevator and staircase were a bit shabby - it did not bother me in theleast, but it might bother more sensitive souls. Once you get inside theapartment, all is fine :-) The only thing they need to do somemaintenance on in my apartment was the airconditioning (cleaning andcheck of functionality - it was erratic) and a few of the 230v outletswhich probably need replacement.

Review 92：The apartment was large and roomy, it was extremely clean and modern, it had all of the appointments that were necessary and many more than were expected (things such as kitchen appliances, laundry detergent, kitchen utensils, etc.), the location was fantastic, the service was exceptional, the Internet worked very well, and it was very quiet (in a neighborhood that’s not necessarily known for being particularly quiet). They receive my highest recommendation.
Review 93：Not very spacious, the flushing cistern in the bathroom was broken and used to leak all the time, creatng noise. The kitchen was practically non-existing.

Also, maid service was supposed to come every 3 days, but they came every 4, which was the night before I left. Also, the TV did not work and no one made any attempt to fix it after I complained.
Review 96：Good location in city center, equidistant from many of the best museums (National Art, Village, Romanian Peasant) and close to metro for access to Palace of the Parliament and other attractions. Airport transfer was on time, quick and very professional. Kitchen was good for cooking simple meals or breakfast. Apartment building was old, but nice light and enough space for one person or a couple. Security was good, a series of locked doors to get into apartment and building. Elevator was helpful.

Location was excellent - dead in the city centre. Facilities were just as described - this includes washer, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, iron & ironing board, hair dryer and extremely good signal WiFi.
