Review 1：The sauna is quite small, so get ready to queue. Twin beds cannot be adjoined if needed. Room service got something in our order wrong and they didn't confirm the full order, so we couldn't figure out and signal the error in due time. If the hotel is fully booked, not sure if there's enough parking room.

Review 2：Great location in the city, near the Zavoi Park. 5' walk to the city center and a shopping mall. Friendly staff overall. Artworks everywhere in the hotel. Close to important balnearic resorts.

Review 3：I was there for Weekend. The SPA was not working. Swimming pool Little and not so Clean. The chef do not know how to Cook a grilled filet rear. Two times quite burned instead of rear.

Review 12：The management has an eye for details and is interested in the opinion of the guests. The spa was described here as small, but we found that it was big enough. The pool is long enough to swim, the water is nice and warm, there are strong hydromassage nozzles - there are even small changing rooms, which is very rare in Romania. We had a lovely dinner, and the breakfast offered a lot of choice and was very well made. The hotel is located off the main road in a residential area adjacent to a park. There is a lovely open air terrace with view of the park. Upon prior announcement you can have all kinds of medical treatments in the hotel. There is a lot of art to look at. From the hotel it is not far into the nearby mountainous National Park.

Review 23：There are some tell-tale signs the hotel was build by someone with little experience in the hotel business. For example, the lighting in all rooms is far too low. Just two bedside lamps in the bedroom. The bathroom is huge and luxurious, however you have to keep the shower head in your hand since there is nothing to fix it on. There is no place to store clothes in the bedroom. Only in the closet next to the entrance - some distance in this huge room. These small details are easy to fix and would greatly enhance the experience. Swimming pool opens at 10:00 am which is too late, I think.

Review 28：Lumpy pillows and poor lighting in the rooms. The rooms are large and high (well ours was) but facing the park on the third floor the rooms were cool but dark. Higher up might have been better. We booked the best room which was an apartment. We expected a second room with comfortable chairs etc to relax in. Quite bizarrely we got a second room with a dining table capable of seating 12, a display cabinet of drinking glassware a huge side board and a TV on the wall. All this and no comfy chairs to sit down on. If we were planning to give private dinner parties it would would have been perfect!

Review 88：Nice big room - very clean. The problem was with the bedding. There wasn't any bottom fitted sheet - so the sheet that was there kept coming out. Twice the top sheet was missing - so we had to ask for another and put it on the bed. The top comforter just fit the bed, so when 2 people were under it, it comes up a little short on the sides. Everymorning the sheets were a total mess. Also - there were some of the worst pillows we've ever seen!!
