Review 1：I am sure it was a one-off but rather surprisingly the restaurant the hotel used for breakfasts, downstairs in the same complex as the hotel told us they had run out of milk and clearly were making no attempt to source any milk for any of their hotel and outside customers. (The restaurant is run as a separate unit to the hotel so cannot blame the hotel staff for this).

Review 2：Clean comfortable good quality modern hotel with very pleasant reception. We had a junior suite (208) which was spacious, quiet, very well equipped, very comfortable, everything worked very well and had nice views to the mountains. City centre location at the east end of the pedestrianised area is good and easy to access. We were able to park in the hotels basement car park which appears to have room for up to 3 cars. The hotel is part of a casino and shopping/restaurant complex but run as a separate unit and not affected by the other elements. Breakfast is served in the linked but separately managed restaurant that was rather impersonal. The breakfast was not top quality but so large and varied that most people would find enough to eat. Reception recommended a very good local restaurant to us for evening meal.

Review 3：Be sure to request a room on the back side of the hotel. Otherwise you will be awakened at 8 am, at least during outside dining months, by blasting rap and hip hop music from the breakfast area.

Review 13：I had to drive 5 km back after a phone call for the payment as the staff said that they had to use the credit card and not only the booking.com reservation form.I had already asked if the payment is OK before my departure but the very pure English of the whole staff was finally my little adventure

Review 14：1) No slippers. They said that they don't have any. Pity... 2) the casino is not in the hotel so we didn't visit it... 3) Disappointed breakfast. It's not a buffet. They give you just a plate and something like pancakes. I didn't like the choises in my plate so I almost leave hungry... I ask one more butter and they make feel that I made something wrong. The stuff in breakfast do not speak English at all. We was 4 persons and we have just 4 pieces of bread. The First day we ask for water and they bring us by glass. The second day we ask for water they bring us to small bottles and they ask us to pay... No juises for breakfast as well .. the third day we just didn't go for breakfast there... We ate something like pie from a shop close to hotel... And it was very Cheap, very Tasty and we wasn't feel hungry.... You must fix your breakfast!!!

Review 15：Located in a central location.We booked two junior suites. The roomswere big, warm and very clean. The housekeeping was exellent. Thereception stuff was friendly and very smiling. Good wifi. Comfortablebeds. The photos at Booking.com are exactly the same with the reality.Thank you all...!!!

Review 42：The staff at the reception were not really helpful There were not enough parking spots for the guests of the hotel No elevator to the ground floor or piccolo. If you are lucky to park nearby you have to carry your luggage all the way to the hotel and then take the stairs to the first floor where the reception is. In the evening, there are clouds of smoke in the public areas of this hotel. One of the windows of my room was broken. There was no restaurant at all. You need to eat elsewhere... There were few tables at the reception for breakfast. The breakfast itself was poor
