Review 1：Hot water was scarce. Shaved with cold water, ahower became warm after some time. No safe in room. No thermostat to control the heat or ac (being from Chicago i know cold...socks a must) Heard arguments each night -thin walls or no regard to early morning quiet times. But the hot water was a bummer.i was told -best hotel in Sumy

Review 4：Location at the start of the city centre. Handy for the local buses to Kiev only a 5 minute walk away. Next to a 22 hours wild west grill and bar which serves good food.

Review 5：No hot water could not shower for 3 days when complained nobody did anything to help. Bad quality poor service. Who in right mind takes a hotel room and can not wash. Not proffessional. 3 days. Real crap.

Review 6：Completely crap. Arrived hotel could not shower no hot water. Asked manager was not available. Staff did not give a penny of interest. I was left 3 days without cleaning. Could not shower. When complained nobody did anything. Aviod this hotel it is bogus it is poor quality and bad service. The receptionist Anna was kind she is too good to work here after check in she was not to be seen. Hotel is rubbish.

Review 7：There was a lot of noise from the bar downstairs (or the pedestrian street outside) until very late at night on the weekend, which could easily be heard in the room.

Review 27：I found the staff to be very courteous and professional. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The food was excellent; I had breakfast there in the mornings. Excellent location right in the middle of everything. Walking distance from many places. Thank you Reikartz, I will be back again.
