Reviews for Les Cyprès

Review 1:- take cash with you, debit card doesn't always work.

Review 2:- very friendly staff - nice garden with a clean pool - a bit far from city centre (10-15m by car, but we loved the silence. The coordinates were not correct: ontinue the road from El jadida until you see a school at the right side and a little further you will find this little Paradise.

Review 3:The hotel is in the middle of nowhere Continental breakfast (no eggs).

Review 4:Large comfortable room Great restaurant (don't bother going into town!) Aircon worked well TV with english channel (BBC) Free parking on site We didn't use thepool, built looked great. At our request, they arranged for us to do a moroccan cooking class with the Chef, it was fabulous!

Review 5:When I paid the diner, they did not offer the changes back, they expected it as automatically tip. The quality of the food was not on the level of the price, they put 300% commission on the water and wine and other beverages compared to the Moroccan shop prices. The price of accommodation compared to Moroccan prices was reasonable, but compared to European quality and prices was far too expensive. When you pay 120 Euro for the accommodation, and they want to get 1 Euro surplus charges for the use of the snooker table, seems to me childish.

Review 6:Nice garden, clean swimming pool

Review 7:We were looking for a nice and quiet place away from the noice and hustle. Les Cypres was like an oasis aprx 8 km from El Jadida. Fantastic garden, very nice food, a swimmingpool, areas to relax, your own private terrace. It felt like heaven for oss these 2 days. We will recomend it!!

Review 8:the environment is not very nice. but one doesn't need to leave the hotel

Review 9:the hotel is like a quite and beautiful island in the middle of nowhere. rooms are tastefully decorated. Food is excellent and service too.

Review 10:I love les cypres. I feel at home in it. The hospitality of the staff, the quality of services are excellent. It is, by far, my most preferable hotel in thr el jadida region.

Review 11:It's likely the season, and it's out of the city, but it was full of flies and made the stay really uncomfortable for me. Knowing that the hotel should be prepare to reduce it. Wifi was useless. Understandable if the hotel is not oriented to business trips

Review 12:The pool and the garden are really good. The lobby is comfortable to stay. The suite is large enough. If they can reduce the flies in the room it can be a great place.

Review 13:Rented the Senior Suite with private garden. One of the nicest properties I stayed in, in Morocco. The entire property is a Garden with mini villas. The staff were extremely attentive and took care of every need. The staff mostly speaks French and Arabic.

Review 14:the shower overflowed and didn't drain slightly slow with repair of shower and making up of extra beds for children .

Review 15:pool was fantastic . very attentive staff and beautiful setting within walled garden .

Review 16:Difficult to communicate in English. No facilities for children, even though, there is lots of space around the garden for a small playground, etc. Exactly the same breakfasts every day. Very posh restaurant, not great for small kids. We stayed during Ramadan so the restaurant would close at 3pm and food was not available again until 8.30, which is is a bit of an issue if you are far away from the town. Outside the reception area WiFi was very poor.

Review 17:The setting is excellent: the bungalows, the garden, the pool - very neatly kept and well-maintained. Silence and tranquility this place offers is very relaxing. Les Cypres offers excellent comfort in terms of accommodation. The cleaning/maintenance staff were very friendly and kind. Not a bad central location if you want to commute to El-Jadida or Cassablanca or Oualidia (approx. 1 hour drive).

Review 18:It's in the middle of the countryside, but not too far from Eljadida where the action is. It has beautiful gardens and a swimming pool. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly.

Review 19:Quiet, secluded and private

Review 20:Difficult to find in the dark.

Review 21:Lovely surrounding.

Review 22:There is no signs or direction to the hotel

Review 23:A bit tricky to find at night but sign right outside as long as you drive slowly!

Review 24:Liked the room in a garden. Quiet and restful.

Review 25:Lighting on dining patio inadequate - waiter ran an extension cord so I could see my meal. Room could use a desk or small table for computer. Dirt on wall no one scrubbed off. Lighting at night inadequate _ I could not see my door after dinner; had to return to dining for waiter to light my pathway. The biggest disappointment: I asked hotel to arrange a driver to take me to Casa airport (1.5 hrs) They quoted 700 dh. Imagine my surprise when a decrepit, filthy ancient mercedes showed up: metal floors, foam spilling from upholstery, the driver hadn't bathed in days (stinko); it was the filthiest disgusting car I've ever been in and all this for $90! Breakfast had only 1 home made bread; the rest was rusk toast and other packaged crackers. I've never been served such a pathetic offering in all of Morocco. Waiter did ask if I wanted an omelet (no thanks). Too bad this place doesn't understand customer service since it's fairly near the Casa airport. They could do so right with a little effort. SO DISAPPOINTED!

Review 26:The gardens and pool are extraordinarily beautiful. Dinner very tasty (lamb chops). I wanted to stay nearby the Casa airport. It is a beautiful property.

Review 27:Only the location. We had to hire a taxi to get to El-Jadida, which was quite expensive, so we shared taxiis with 6 people and that wasn't very comfortable. There wasn't anywhere to go apart from El-Jadida, which we didn't like very much.

Review 28:Our villa was tastefully decorated, comfortable and spacious enough and we liked it having a private patio and area at the front to sit also. The pool was clean, nice and near to villa with comfortable loungers with umbrellas and tables. The breakfast was very good. The evening meals were tasty and well prepared and presented. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The general ambiance and decor of the Hotel and gardens were outstanding.

Review 29:It is some 15 minutes outside El Jadida, so you need a car. Restaurant is very nice but maybe a bit to chique if you have small kids like us.

Review 30:A great pool. It is heated and situated in a lovely garden. There are birds all over. The best pool we found during our trip in Morocco. Very large suite.Breakfast was fine (including fresh orange juice).

Review 31:Not too well signposted from the Marrakesh direction. But maybe that's a good thing!

Review 32:10 out of 10 - the best place we've stayed at on many trips to Morocco. We upgraded to a Junior Suite, which was a detached cottage in the beautifully-kept gardens. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. We will return at a warmer time of year to use the huge pool.

Review 33:The map is not correct. The hotel location is far from the town. Isuggest we have to take care, because taxi fare is sometimes expensivefor tourist. The room is cold for me in winter. The warm shower time isshort and drain is poor.

Review 34:The staff is friendly. When I ask to improve the problem as I write, evenif late at night, they come to the room and check.

Review 35:Breakfast. Granola but no milk, no fresh juice, instant coffee. Most of the staff only speak French.

Review 36:Les Cypres is a lovely place to stay and relax. Big rooms and a very nice pool and garden. The restaurant is very good. The staff is very helpfull.

Review 37:The gps coordinates on booking.com were wrong. It was hard to find. Thehotel was so kind to pick us up because the explanation on the phonewas misleading. We came from Marrakech and wanted to relax at the poolbefore heading for cassablanca airport. Unfortunately you need toleave the very good motorway so it is a major detour that robs timeand nerves.

Review 38:The pool is a real highlight!

Review 39:The showers where not warm. Breakfast was non existent it consisted of athin piece of stale bread, piece of cake and cold coffee. When I askedfor more bread the waitress was rude and returned with one piece each. Iwould not stay here again.

Review 40:The rooms a beautifully laid out and very comfortable, set in a lovelygarden. It was too cold to swim in the pool which was a pity

Review 41:Fairly basic bathroom facilities and we ran out of hot water on the first day.

Review 42:The hotel food was absolutely brilliant (if you like fish); good value and a real surprise as I hadn't seen anything about the restaurant on the internet. Well stocked bar and really good service. Nice, quiet location with decent sized rooms (we were in a junior suite). Pool area would be really pleasant in the spring and summer.

Review 43:WIFI every bad

Review 44:C'est parfait pour un bol d'oxygene

Review 45:The location is far from the town.

Review 46:Les Cyprés is a beautiful place to stay and relax. Very nice pool and garden. The staff is friendly.

Review 47:Location indicate in the booking.com web site

Review 48:Good environment and nice staff plus good price.
