Review 1：Not kind and incompetent staff - those people are not aware of the concept of Customer Service. Cannot pay with a card - "owner has problems with the bank" .. was explained to be the reason. Prices to not correspond equally to the quality level hotel Teres offers.

Review 7：The restaurant closes up at 22:00. As we arrived around 22:00, we had to go the the one close-by. Not a big deal, just mentioning it.

Review 8：We were a family of 4, so we took 2 separate rooms. The stuff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was not bad. What is the best about this hotel is the location, which is exactly 10 min walk from the infamous Thracian tomb.
