Review 1：Room wasn't as nice as what we routinely book at this price point.

Review 2：Greatest location for the snowflake lane parade!! Super buffet breakfast! We loved the Bloody Mary bar-such a fun idea!!

Review 5：Poor nights sleep due to noise. Kids were bouncing off the walls in the room above us, and we could hear conversation in adjacent rooms. Nice property, but if you have to get up well rested, you might want to choose a different hotel in the area.

Review 10：This was a special occasion, my wife's birthday and they had a bottle of champagne in the Room on ice when we arrived! Very attentive staff and their customer service rep Jessica was fantastic to work with! We will visit again soon!!

Review 12：staff was really helpful even after calling them 3 times they were still eager to help me. I was there for my birthday weekend and they brought up a complementary amenity that included mixed nuts, chocolate, and sparkling cider. Which I thought was such a thoughtful gestger. I asked for a great room with a great view and the upgraded my room to a suite for the same price on a high floor and the view was amazing. I didn't feel rushed because checkout was at noon and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the lobby area. I would totally stay here again!

Review 13：Rooms are very nice, staff is superb, hotel is smack dab in the middle of everything - food, shopping, theater, a museum, bowling, parks, a library, the list goes on.

Review 14：Our room was extremely warm, we were unable to change the temp or shut it off. But, it was repaired rather quickly. The thermostat needed replacing.

Review 53：We chose your hotel in part because of the pool, but were notified upon check in that the pool was closed for the duration of our visit. Very disappointing. We were routed to the Wyatt, but due to events, had to walk outside with 3 small kids, wet and cold. Not at all ideal. Additionally on check out day, when trying to call for bell hop, the phone rang for 8 minutes before I hung up, and had to call from an outside line to finally get assistance.

Review 57：I ate the hotel restaurant, Koral and found the service to be horrible! I waited 20 minutes for a server (although servers were going to the table ahead of me and in the back). It wasn't until I went to the hostess did I get any service. I couldn't believe the other servers would let me just sit there! I simply won't go to that restaurant again - there's many other restaurants in the area to try.

Review 59：The staff was great from check in to check out. Jessica at the Front Desk was quick, very knowledgeable about the area, very friendly and professional. The rooms were spotless, bed was amazingly comfortable, housekeeping was friendly and thorough. The area around the hotel has lots to offer. Shopping, great selections of restaurants, art, easy to get around as things to do are close to the hotel. Felt very safe walking around the area.
