Review 1：Beds were hard, and felt like they had a plastic cover, not a pleasant nights sleep. Only one lift was working which meant a long wait to get up to the room or down to the Restaurant/Outside.

Review 2：The location, facilities, food was great although Breakfast was a little sparse.

Review 3：First of all, when entering it didn't smell fresh. I can understand that a room won't smell fresh if it hasn't been used for a while. What really struck me, is that when I went to bed, there was a smell of sweat. Both the blanket and the sheets had this smell. It was disgusting. It looks like they didn't change the bedsheets. When I complained, they confessed they've had more reports about this and that the housekeeping crew didn't do their work properly. I was offered a new room. This one seemed to have clean sheets, however the poster/painting on the wall had dead insects behind the glass frame. They probably should introduce room inspections to see if the rooms are up to standard. I won't be recommending this hotel to my colleagues at least...

Away from the public areas the hotel was in need of renovation and updates Whilst the hotel is great for the Expo it is an 18 euro taxi ride to the city center Except for the hotel restaurant and bar, there is no where close by to eat - so factor in a long walk or 40 euro for taxi to and from the city

Bus line runs from Expo but did not seem to be often. The city has some excellent restaurants

Review 15：A part of the carpet baseboard had fallen off and lay in the exact same spot on the floor for the entire stay (3 nights). The cleaning staff must have vacuumed around it. Bathroom door handle was loose and felt like it would come off entirely at any moment. Air condition works but is very noisy. Tea and coffee making facilities (aka a water cooker) present, but didn't get refills of the tea I used. Free wifi, but very unreliable. The hotspot sometimes disappears entirely, you have to log in again a lot. The lack of attention to details like that (which could easily be fixed) makes me wonder about the management of the hotel.

Review 16：Big room and bathroom. Decent breakfast menu with a large selection of breads etc. That is, if you show up early. By 8 o'clock, many of the bread baskets were empty and didn't get a refill. Location is perfect if you want to go the Xpo. But it's literally located on the outskirts of the town (think one of the last buildings). There's not much nearby in terms of shops or restaurants.

Review 17：The breakfast ha little choices. I would like to have something coocked for breakfast but only brood and cereals. But there is open shop from 7. o'clock, they got warm brood and it comes cheaper than those that served in the restaurant.

Review 18：I got this time smoking room with better exclusive looking and nicer room than last time. Very clean, friendly staff, very good soft bed, minibar. Plenty of space for this price in room.

Review 19：persons from non-northern countries should consider that the ideas when to have dinner differs ! There they start in the afternoon and a 9.30 kitchen tend to close....

Review 21：We booked this hotel because we wanted to be able to check in anytime. The 24h check in was clearly stated on the booking. Check in was smooth but the receptionist was rude about check out at 6 am a day later. He said check out was at 7 am and that we had only paid for 1 night even though we got 2. Which was not our fault. Plus there was no free internet as advertised. They cannot complain about checkout and checkin if they advertise themselves wrong.

Review 52：Room very basic. Lacked coffee making faclities and the layout of the room meant that the mirror was tucked away in a dark corner, making if difficult to put make up on and style hair. Bathroom was so small it was hard to sit on the toilet without something fixed to the wall jabbing into the side of you. There was no hot water in the eveing so could only have a cold shower. Hot water returned in the morning.

Review 67：It was a very nice hotel and the staff were wonderful. The purpose of our visit was to attend a dog show at the Xpo. The location was brilliant as it took us about 5 minutes to walk to the show. We didn't have breakfast, we requested something to take with us and we were provided with a very nutritious packed lunch. I would highly recommend the Kennedy Hotel to anyone. All being well we will be returning again next year. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay.
