Review 1：When we entered the room - it was January - there was a window open and the heating was off so we got cold at night. Bowling was closed. No party at Saturday. Sauna opens only at 12 pm. Bad flat pillows. Simple bathroom.

Review 2：Good choice of food at the breakfast buffet and freshly squeezed juice. Nice and spacious lobby. The pool is ok but lacks some SPA atmosphere.

Review 7：I and my mother stayed at this hotel for one night. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. When we arrived we had difficulties in paying for the room with our credit-cards, the terminal nor the ATM in the lobby worked. They accused us of having no credit left on our credit-card, we were met with disbelief and arrogance. After running to the closest ATM for cash, we confronted the staff – they answered that they now knew about the problem since other guests had experienced the same, but didn't give us any apology. Unacceptable! The breakfast wasn't as great as you might would've expected.

Review 8：Other than that we were happy with the clean light room and the comfortable beds. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the beach. But overall; worth the price.

Review 9：Not really a minus: I love to read newspapers during my breakfast :-), but couldn't get it or they are not provided in the dining area (maybe that's only in the low season). Once again - that's not a minus(!) and only my personal desire.

Review 10：We booked 2 apartments in the lower season and had a really nice time in the lower season mid December 2014. That was a perfect comfortable and quiet place in this time to relax of our Berlin business, incl. the very friendly staff also. Highly recommended and we may come back in the future.

Be prepared that staff, however they are willing to do therejob, often understand poor English or only a little German and theyunfortunately forget to carry to you a smile...

Review 16：Thanks to Booking.com a valuable last minute bargain for a standardroom with breakfast buffet at a modern build, clean, well situatedhotel, close to beach and boulevard of Swinoujscie with helpfull youngstaff and lots of facilities and disabled people assistance and a wide& bright swimming pool, sauna, fitness, bar & restaurant,childcare, charged wellness treatments and parking space both validinside or free outside

Review 17：In the evenings there were thousands of midges on and near the beach so be prepared and use bug spray ahead. During the nights there was a very annoying, persistent noise of running water behind the wall of my room (like a shower that never stopped). My room didn't have an A/C. It was very hot all the time. There was only one automatic coffee brewer in the breakfast room. Sometimes there was a queue. The quality of the ready-made coffee in the thermos jugs was very poor. Altogether the choice of food at the breakfast buffet was quite poor for a 4*-hotel. Sometimes the organisation of the reception appears to be chaotic and the staff overwhelmed.

Review 18：The hotel is situated very close to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful in particular at the check-in desk. Most of them speak fluent German and English in addition to Polish. My room was spacious, had a large bathroom with shower and balcony. There was only little noise from other rooms and the corridor. (This hotel has a good acoustic insulation.) There is an underground carpark with barriers available for an extra of € 6 per day. The facility offers free password protected WiFi in the lobby and some of the rooms depending on the range of the signal.

Review 19：No snacks in the bar; hotel is full of older German people, which is ok, of course, but not so easy and interesting when one is with kids; lift stops at each request and one risks not to gain one's floor.

Review 21：rude and incompetent reception staff.One had to endure loud Master of C eremony talk and 'music' NOISE! from 22 o'clock 'til after 4 a.m the next early morning. First time in 62 years of staying in hotels that I had to sleep in a hallway on a couch from 3:15 'til 5:30 a.m. as sleep was impossible in the room . In spite of requests for two days to speak with the manager, the wish was left unfulfilled. the attitude of the receptionist was : "It is Saturday.We have parties. This is not a sanatarium "

Review 27：The gym facilities were good, with lots of machines for running and cycling, but no weights, or resistance machines. One universal multi purpose machine in a corner would have been great. However, otherwise the facilities were good, especially the saunas and pool.

Review 28：I liked the fact that the hotel was so close to the beach. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. From the handy man who organised a coffee for us in the lobby. Most of the staff speak German as a second language, but many spoke very good English as well. Where there were problems with language the staff's positive attitude of finding a co-worker who could speak English or trying to working things out was excellent! The receptionist who told me she had worked in Newbury and the English speaking waitress in the restaurant were two who stood out, but all of the staff I met were excellent and very helpful!

Review 29：Did not like the Staff in a la carte restaurant. The service was poor and one waitress did not know what was on their menu. Last day there, at breakfast there was no hot water for 20 minutes, so one could not make tea, 10 minutes coffee machine was out of order and when we arrived there was no bread and hardly anything to eat. We waited and finally I had to speak to the girl who was clearing tables. She told me she just started and took orders from the other one. As they did not wear a badge one could not establish their name. The girl who was in chargé needs complete training in a customer service field as at present she could work in a one star hotel and not for long! Because I complained our table was not cleared during the whole breakfast. I had to move empty plates to another table. The entertainment we had to pay £12 should have been organized free. It was not performed by professional dancers and a 4 star hotel should provide some sort of free entertainment. One had to wait for a long time to be served in a bar. There was no concierge to help with the luggage, or offer to help.

Review 30：The hotel has a superb position. The Staff in a reception area, spa and medical centre is great, very friendly and polite. They go an extra mile. The food is excellent and rooms are very comfortable. The cleaning Staff also go an extra mile.
