Review 1：Bathroom not clean, bidet tap leaking, floor peeling, 2 nescafe, 2 creamer, 2 teabags...with just 2 sugar??

Review 2：Shower was good, shower gel, disposible toothbrush with toothpaste shampoo but lacking hair conditioner like before.

Review 3：Check-in and check-out experiences could have been much better.

Review 4：Clean rooms, good shower, comfortable beds. My guest's stay had to be cut short at the last minute, and the reservations team was very accommodative in amending the booking without penalty charges.

Review 5：During our few-night stay, we requested for clean-up only once. But the personnel did not clean the room properly. Unwanted bottles were left on the floor and the bed wasn't tidied properly too.

Review 6：The location is marvelously convenient and is minutes-drive away from the heart of the city. Staff is helpful. Breakfast slightly varies everyday.

Review 19：First and foremost, I did request for a late check out and themanagement email me that it will cost rm30 and I agreed, upon my checkin they dont even have record for it but I didnt contront them becauseof it. :( even I only stayed for one night, the shampoo and shower gelobviously not enough for two. And the lounge music is too loud we canhear it in our room, early in the morning. It says that we can check outat 1230 pm but at 1210 the staffs called asking what time we'llchecked out which is kinda rude to me.

Review 33：I could hear the neighbour's dog barking through the night. When I did get to sleep it continued to permeate my dreams! The corridor smelt slightly of stale smoke. The front desk staff didn't seem too welcoming compared to all the other hotel stays we've had in Borneo. They also seemed to forget to book the taxi we asked for.

Review 34：It was cheap and not too far away from the main highlights of Kuching. It would have felt further away had we not visited the city before, as it was on the outskirts of new chinatown. The facilities met our needs: we were stopping over for an evening- with an early flight out so their 24 hour front desk was helpful.

Review 44：Inexistent service totally ruins the entire hotel experience. Airport shuttle service did not show up at the airport, then it was declared that it would not be available for an entire week. Afterwards upon asking for a shuttle to the airport the staff said that it was already fully booked for the entire next day. Breakfast service staff unwilling to do their job. You need to ask the same person 3 times to finally get the food filled up.

The maintenance staff only came over after we made a serious complaints. However, he'd isn't help much and we requested for switching room as we can't spend another night without any air circulation. thought they claimed room is full. Review 50：Locatie. Shuttle service was NOT running during the 5 days we statig here. Always full, we think they liet about this service. To earn extra money they call a taxi, do the hotel get 2 dollar commision. Couldnt pay the deposit in EURO. Breakfast very bad, only toast bread, melk, rice.

Review 56：The location is a bit out of the way, still definitely walking distance to the main tourist area (maybe 10 minutes), but you won't be right in the hustle and bustle if that's what you are looking for. The staff were pretty clueless, they were unable to help us with some pretty run of the mill queries about tourist stuff (busses, laundry etc). Breakfast was also usually staffed by three or four people who mostly just stood around doing nothing while food went cold or ran out and tables were left uncleared. Breakfast itself was ok most mornings, nothing special but mostly good.

Review 57：This is a modern hotel, so things are pretty up to date. The rooms are nice and well appointed. There's a good restaurant attached if you don't feel like going far for dinner. You can also hire bikes from the hotel.

The shower was very good, Cable TV, hairdryer, toiletries, no fridge, good aircon, lift. there is a nice little bar. It is a 5-10 minute walk into city centre but is in China town and so plenty of small eating places nearby. There is parking for those that need it. Reception was very efficient and welcoming.
