Review 1：TV limited programs with no sport channels . Need to provide medical mattresses as there are too soft. Maintenance is not very good.

Spa only accessible to ladies when we were there. No sauna avail and steam was not working. We had to wait long time at restaurant to get our food. Checkout staff forgot to checkout us out. So missed our boat. Small island. Claustrophobic and overpriced. Room as usual had central ac and too cold for autumn and winter time.

Review 35：Don't waste your money and time with this island. As there is nothing to do in this island as most of the facilities are fully reserved. The spa, the diving center are fully booked. The cinema is small and the movies in display are a year old. The staff do not understand english, and your will find yourself repeating yourself a lot. The experience itself has no value for the money. The facilities also lack basic maintenance. My room ceiling leaks water, informed maintenance and they sent me someone to fix the curtains. The TV remote didn't work. They didn't even bother to replace the batteries. The balcony has trash left from the previous occupant. All in all, not worth it.

The room should have been thoroughly checked prior to us booking in. The room was dusty, curtains didn't shut properly, balcony door required a strong push to open/close it. loose telephone socket, no hot water for the bath and loud music coming from the surrounding rooms till 2.30am (only first night). 3. The only activity that doesn't charge is the beach and everything else is not cheap. Maybe to consider how much it cost to stay at the resort. 4. No segregated pool for the women. 5. The evening buffet was limited especially for young children and toddlers.

The pools are so clean and there's two pools for the kids one for the young ones and its so safe, you wont worry that they will drawn or get hurt. The staff are so nice and helpful. We had requested for baby food to be heated, it took them 2 hours to send someone to heat up the food. We were told the entry fee for guests is QR 100 per guest over the phone however upon reaching the resort we were told it is QR 200. Poor english speaking receptionist Luggage was misplaced and was found an hour later at the time of checkout. Zero coordination among staff members for providing guest services. At the end the reception supervisor was the only helpful person.

Review 103：- A couple of times the response time was extremely long (one time to get a buggy to go to a restaurant, another time to get a crib) - The crib is not big enough for a 5 year old. Consider getting a bigger crib to suit bigger kids. - A few broken things (terrace door, bathroom door, shower head). This was in 4011, make sure they are fixed.

Review 110：The service was the onky bad thing in this resort. I didn't like the checking in. They gave us the worst rooms they have. They didn't give me anything I asked for while checking in. I asked for join rooms they gave me two far rooms. I asked for ground floor room for the kids to be close to the pool but they gave me 1st floor rooms and gave the ground floor for other people that they arrive later that day and told me we're so sorry we didn't know!!! I asked for one room with single beds and one with double bed but they gave me two single rooms and said we are sorry!!!! After I arrgued with them they change the room with less worse rooms. The bage service was the slowest service ever I had to wait for 45 min.s for one and it didn't even arrive!!! I had to ho and look foe one by my own.

Review 121：This is the resorts first Ramadan and they obviously reflect this with the restaurants and food. I also suspect, they will tweak their service in Ramadan in the future. However, non food activities also suffered. With a young family, we are up early and this is the best time of day, due to the heat, to do outdoor stuff. So we went to the kiddies pool. Unfortunately the kiddies pool is closed until 9am. We returned after breakfast and managed an hour before it was too hot. The kiddies pool is open until midnight, when most kiddies have been asleep for a number of hours. Then during the heat of the day the indoor climbing area is closed until 2pm too. As is the bowling. (I was originally told they would open at noon, but this was apparently wrong when our buggy driver tried to drop us off.) What this ultimately meant was we where stuck in our villa with 2 small kids without their normal toys for most of the day. Thank goodness we were in a villa. We had requested a late checkout and had one, but since there was nothing to do in the heat, we packed up and left the island. The fierce summer sun means that there must be indoor resort activities at the hot time of the day. The late afternoon is the time at which you can go outside. Why open indoor activities then? This resort, in Ramadan, is not for a family who are not fasting. (Ironically you can get food, but the rest of the place is closed until the later afternoon). But if you are fasting, it will suit your needs very well. I cannot comment for outside the holy month, but I suspect the experience is very different.

Review 122：We were given an upgrade to a 2 bed villa due to a technical hitch. This made for a very comfortable stay indeed when in the villa. The food was excellent, you could tell fresh ingredients were used and care and attention went into presentation and taste. The Ramadan package was excellent value.

Suggestion: I suggest that you provide each suits or villa with a one shuttle instead of calling every time and losing the time.

Review 143：From check in to checkout the whole experience was amazing. The staff were fantastic and can't do enough for you. We felt like we had our own beach, and on our last day we discovered our sun lounges had been covered in rose petals in the shape on hearts! Breakfast choice was fantastic, and all the food in the restaurants throughout the day. It was so good I got down on one knee and proposed at sunset overlooking Doha skyline! We can't wait to go back.
