Review 1：I did not liked early checkout (11.am) and no special offers for ranked booking clients. If you're in the winter time, during the day the rooms are not heated, not very cold, but still.. Also the location is far from the city center, but a cab is only 2 euros till there.

Review 2：I liked the room, it was very clean, it included a fridge, nice big bathroom, balcony, everything clean. The parking is not a problem, the hotel has a private parking area and even so there are a lot of free parking places nearby.

Review 3：The distance from the center, but the staff helped us with that too by ordering a cab and in 5 minutes we were in the center!

Review 4：Traveled to Sibiu for the Christmas fair so we stayed only for one night. Everything was great, the staff was very helpful, helped us with every info we needed. The room was big, cozy and clean, great value for money. All in all this was the best 3 star hotel I have been in in Sibiu.

Review 8：The hotel is nice and clean. Good breakfast. The service is the best we had received in Romania. They saved us a parking place even though we arrived late and didn't notified about it in advance. They let us choose a room, recommended a very good resonant in the old city and printed out flight tickets. The manager and the staff were very nice and friendly, and it felt like they truly want to help and care to provide a good service.

Review 12：The breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of choice. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and helped with our luggage and ordering taxi's and giving advice on best places to visit etc. The restaurant staff were also very kind and helpful and treated us very well and the food was very good The rooms were very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The main town was approx half hour walk from the hotel but this was not a problem to us as we enjoy walking. If we did not want to walk we could easily get a taxi which was inexpensive and usually arrive within a few minutes. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much and would definitely stay there again

Review 15：The hotel is located far from down-town and the old city (we came by car so this was less of an issue for us). The hotel does not have an elevator! The staff helped carry the bags, but I preferred taking them myself.

Breakfast was good with large quantities, with a limited variety of foods; however, when we asked the waiter for a special order, he was very nice and prepared the eggs as we requested. Review 27：The staff was wonderful! They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The food was great, and the chef came out and offered several different choices, then made sure we were ok. City center was within walking distance.

Review 28：The building doesn't have an elevator but the friendly staff will help you every time with luggage or other belongings if necessary. The rooms are large and comfortable, free wifi, free parking, fine breakfast, excellent value for money. Highly recommended for most visitors.

Review 29：I was looking for a nice, clean and quiet place to spend a few days and get used to the local time (+7 hours compared to my hometown) and maybe do some shopping while I was at it. Hotel Class (and its restaurant) did fit the bill. It is located within minutes from the Shopping City (a large supermarket), and I felt at home from the minute 1. I'd say the personnel's contribution definitely helped - very kind and helping people.

Staff really went out of their way to be helpful, carrying heavy cases, giving us a choice of rooms on arrival, providing information on attractions in the city and great restaurant recommendations, even giving us a free lift to the city centre on a rainy day. Hotel was spotlessly clean, rooms were very comfortable, public areas really nicely presented and good breakfast. Had the standards an facilities of a good hotel whilst keeping the charm and local flavour of a guesthouse.

Review 35：A very high standard for a 3 star hotel, everything was very clean and tidy, the staff were amazingly friendly and made the overnight stay very pleasant. We had to leave by 6am and were going to miss having breakfast, so when I told them this at check-in they offered to make us a breakfast package for is to eat on the car ... I was very impressed with this as a lot of 4 star hotels don't do this.

Review 38：Our room was facing the main road, so the traffic was a bit noisy at times. The internet did not have a very strong connection in our room... not exactly sure why.

Review 39：We met the owner, Juan, who made out stay absolutely worth it! He gave us every attention we needed, and was very kind with recommendations and directions. He was very helpful and made sure to mention... more than once... that if we needed anything, to let him know. The breakfast was plentiful, and despite the small bathroom, the overall experience in the room was comfortable and clean!

Review 40：The parking lot can be accessed by using the parallel row behind the hotel. This row was in really bad shape, it needs urgent repairs, otherwise ask if you can park your car in the front of the hotel.

Review 41：We only stayed in for one night, stopped there on our way back to Bucharest, leaving from Cluj, for a quick visit of the wonderful town of Sibiu. The staff was very helpful, not intruding but nice people. We had a big room, very worm, comfortable bed, very clean, good breakfast (although we where alone at breakfast that morning, they asked if we wanted something worm to be prepared especially for us, as they didn't serve worm meals at the buffet, not having many guests in the hotel). At the reception desk the girl there told us how to get to the older part of town, and where to safely park our car. Short distance to city center, we would normally go by fut, but it was very cold during our stay.

Review 42：Location a little bit to far from the center of the city, but you can take a cab for 10 lei (2 euro) to get there. At the return is a bit more (like 15 lei) because you have to change the route but it's fine.

Review 48：The fact that there was a wedding in the hotel's restaurant exactly the night that we spent there, and the noise could be clearly heard in our rooms. The staff apologized for this inconvenience as we checked out. Our advice would be to make sure that there is no wedding during your stay, in order to enjoy this hotel at its best.

Review 49：The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful from the begging until the end of our stay. The room was spacious and clean. The heating was working more than perfectly, which is very good for those cold winter nights. The breakfast was ok, nothing impressive, but it still offered enough diversity. The location of the hotel is not really close to the city center, but it's very easy to get there by taking a cab which doesn't cost more than 10 lei (2,5 euros).

Review 53：The guy at the reception gave us an amazing history lesson about Romania and Sibiu. Staff was incredibly polite, they treated us as if we booked a suite for a week when we actually stayed 1 night in the cheapest room. Beds and rooms were very clean and the breakfast was good.

Review 59：I went to Sibiu for the beer fest. This hotel CLASS is really good. People at the reception do their best to make you feel special. They gave us a map, they told us the key places to visit, called us a cab, and all that was first class. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was rich and tasty. There is a parking lot if you are coming by car. Overall, I recommend this hotel sincerely.

The hotel staff was so nice and upgraded our room for free to a triple room as they had some vacant ones, saying that they wanted to make sure we feel good in their hotel. We didn't even ask for this so it was a very nice surprise. We also ate in the restaurant where the food was excellent and the waiter was very, very nice (an older gentleman). Thank you very much!
