Review 1：Room was small, the bathroom was too tiny. There isn't noise insulation at all. We could hear our neighbors talking.

Review 3：i wanted twin beds but beds were so small, it was not relaxable,also all reception guys women and men were very very rude, i stayed for 5 nights and they are really so bad it the worst thing at hotel for me,only there was a sergev , he was so polite and helpful,hotel management should do something,i couldnt understand how they took hospitality award in 2014

Review 5：They don't have a fixed price for the room, they change it every day, depending on .... nothing! There is a different price for the weekends, but they also change the price on the week days!

Review 8：This hotel has to be the most perfectly located hotel for the Arcadia beach area, it is a clean modern hotel and the prices are really good, if you are planning to visit the clubs , this is the place, all the staff are very friendly and helpful and the standard of food is excellent

Review 10：It's a new hotel, very close to night life attraction area ( Ibiza beach club & Itika) the rooms are spacious, clean & beds are very comfortable. Receptions are very professional & smilies all the time & welcoming , which is unique for Ukraine hotel employees.. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel very much . For sure I would book again , in my next visit to Odessa without any hesitation!

Review 11：Smth should be done with the floor heating in bathroom. It's impossible to stay there because of hot. It's cool in winter probably but in summer it's horrible

Review 12：check in was at 16:00 instead of promised 14:00 cause room was not ready when we arrived. Man at reception is quite rude, all the rest staff in general nice and friendly. No English speaking TV channels. Parking service and guidance for tourists are not available.

Review 17：Cleaning of room very late 15.00 -16.00. Staff at reception not very polite. Make jokes in Russian if they see you are foreign (unfortunately for them I understand Russian). Also make deals with 'black' taxi. They charge almost double the price of a normal taxi. Always ask for a normal one.

Review 24：One morning I woke up in a sweat, the electricity had been cut in the middle of the night along with the elevators (in a 15+ story hotel), lights, AC and wifi. No warning. Did not return until mid-afternoon. There was no compensation for the inconvenience, the staff just shrugged. Keep in mind if you book the cheapest room your view will be on the 4th or 5th floor, directly facing construction. A construction crew will wake you up in the morning literally right outside your window, with workers able to peer in. In addition, the hotel is at least an hour walk to the city centre of Odessa. In a hostel at least you would get free coffee and tea, in this hotel everything is extra. Breakfast not included, no pool or spa, although it bills itself as a 4-star resort hotel. I found the desk staff to be both unhelpful and unknowledgeable -- they were unable to send a cab to get me from the train station when I called and asked for one. All in all, take your money somewhere else.
