Review 1：Excellent, friendly service in a prime location resulted in a home away from home. Our son was taken ill in Doha and they looked after us to ensure the stress was minimised and he was made as comfortable as possible

Review 2：Parking a bit tight, can sometimes be difficult to get a parking spot at late evenings. After formally checking out at 9:00am and receiving my final bill ; my office back home, receives a call from the hotel at 12:30pm of the same day, asking us when will be checking out from the hotel ! Surprising !

Review 3：Comfort, Location, Fast Check In & Check Out

Review 4：check in time is very late at 4:00PM. Most of the hotels check in time is 2:00PM. And why the rooms are only cleaned also at 4:00PM ? We have finally entered our room at 4:30PM. Seems no coordination also among the staff. At the reception we were offere for a complementary drinks (orange juice) but then the waitress gave us a bill. Its good that the gentlemen came and return the money we have paid. The buffet breakfast has only few selection of foods. Other hotels in Doha serve variety of foods during breakfast. I think with the service and all inclussive is still expensive for the price we have paid. We were just comfortable with the rooms and hospitality of some staff.

Review 6：The shower drain could not be removed so water flooded the bathroom and no one came when we called to get it fixed the first day. The Espresso coffee maker did not work and the pool was restricted to two days a week for women.

Review 8：I like the ameneties inside the room,because they almost provide everything for the guest.. Its worth staying ..i like all the staff they are all accomodating and very friendly specially Darren whos is very approachable and very kind everytime i need assistance..

Review 11：Worst thing abou it: Breakfast: options were almost gone even before closing time..Service was horrible!!waiter would ignore us & go clean empty tables instead of bringing what we asked for.. He would gradually bring cups after each one of us had to ask for one.. Coffee pot had no cover.. But to their credit when we complained, it was for free & the supervisor passed by our room.. Check out: wanted my deposit back in cash so i paid the difference by credit card. They ended up charging the card more even tho i questioned the amount. they couldn't give me a cash refund even tho they over charged me.. Could've been easily avoided had they paid attention to what i was saying

Review 12：I missed a carpet in the bedroom instead of tiles. There was no cosy feel to the studio. Although it's modern I missed a bit of atmosphere in the hotel.

Review 14：Sloppy service. I ordered breakfast in my room and they got a number of the items wrong. I asked for my room to be cleaned and came back 7 hours later to find that all they did was put the duvet back on the bed. Everything else was untouched. Went to the phone to call housekeeping and the line was disconnected. So I went down to reception and complained and they quickly got both issues rectified.

Review 15：Friendly staff. Smiley people. Location is close to where I needed to work. When I complained about something, they were quick to address it.

Review 16：The room was very small, dirty, the wifi signal inexistent and there was no hot water to take a shower because the boiler had a problem for over 20 hours!! If you intend to travel to Doha simply avoid staying at Fraser, even if its for free!!!

But when we checked in they asked us to pay in cashsince the debited amount in credit card is only for reservation and thuswill be credited back to me after two weeks! Wth was that about?I've been booking hotels for years and I've never heared apolicy like this. Plus the reason we booked it is because we werehosting a going away and birthday party for friends... I inputted aspecial request for sound proof room and thus upon check in clarifiedwith reception if this is ok... What a joke of a night since we gotcomplained 3x for noise which meant hotel didn't clearly book soundproof room and this was confirmed by reception upon our check out! Funnything was they admitted they had an oversight about booking thesoundproof room as what we booked in the first palace!!!! We ended upleaving and continued the party to our friend's place! What a wasteof money and time! We just got pissed the remainder of the night! Themost disappointing part was how the staff handled the situation!!! Willnever go back to this hotel everrr!

Review 24：The place is a nightmare.....They charge you a fortune as room rent and service and facility what you get is peanuts...They don't even bother to make up ur room and replace anything...I booked the room based on reviews and unfortunately i had a bad experience. The breakfast almost same everyday with same food.The hot water wasn't available and water pressure was the least i have ever seen.I am a frequent business traveler to Qatar and i will never recommend this hotel for any.

Review 25：Some reception staff and the boys in front desk was friendly.Most of the receptionists and the restaurant staff are not professional or well trained.They don't have a clue what they do and i had to wait for 20 min for a coffee for my breakfast.....

Review 34：1) I was told breakfast was not included, when I found out later it was. 2) I have a severe fear of heights and the elevators are glass. When I asked if I could have a low floor room the answer was no - I was given a room on the 15th floor. When I asked if I could use the service elevator (not glass) the answer was no. 3) I requested a quiet room, but it was extremely noisy due to inconsiderate neighbors. When I asked to change rooms the answer was no. 4) Check-in took about 45 minutes because the room wasn't ready even though I told them I'll be there at 1pm and ended up arriving at 3pm due to bad traffic. Great hotel with beautiful facilities, but really bad experience all around. Never staying there again.
