Review 2：On top of building overlooking main square. Able to sit and eat alfresco. Fruit tea and coffee available as you want. Parking convenient. Friendly owner and staff.

Review 9：The room is as small as a matchbox. Extremely noisy starting very early in the morning. The setup of the building is strange: the hotel is located only at the last floor, the rest is destined to offices and some shops.
Review 10：Placed in the center of Kazanluk, so it's easy to reach. The place is very clean and the staff kind and responsive.
Review 11：The Wifi was not working, but you could use the computer in the lobby. The beds are right under the windows, so you could not keep your window open without minding the head, and it got really hot in the morning, so we wake up really early because of this.

Review 24：Shower is one of those which floods the bathroom floor. It's forbidden to use the mini bar to keep your own food/drink cold. Buffet sits out in a hot room all day, food could spoil. Breakfast was plentiful but much of the food was packaged, or dried out from sitting too long. Could have used more pillows. Sheets were too short.
Review 25：Friendly staff spoke excellent English. Free food and coffee/tea all day and a welcome bottle of wine in your room. Convenient location. Our room at the back was quiet. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked. Service was efficient. Rooftop terrace was very pleasant.
