This luxury hotel resort features an outdoor swimming pool, casino and golf course. Mazagan Beach Resort is a 20-minute drive from the town of El Jadida and is next to a 4-mile-long beach.

Review 1：Was supposed to get picked up from the airport with the shuttle bus but this never happened. So I had to pay to get to the resort which was 3 hours away from the airport :(

Review 3：The red color glasses in the restaurant. Disgusting, the tea glasses are also very basic.

Review 5：It is normal that the credit card is used for a deposit taken upon checkin and a sum of amount is freezed but it is not mormal that a it takes long time to release frozen amount after check out.

Review 16：Lovely resort, very friendly and helpful staff who were great with our 2 year old. Baby club was excellent, good staff to child ratio, good range of activities, our son loved it. Predominantly French speaking, but enough English combined with our French to make communication no problem.

Review 20：we reserve a sea view rooms and they where cheating and saying the one on the side can also the beach view and they put us in the ground floor and we didn't have any sea view. I was in a holiday, i didn't have time for trouble with them or Booking.

Review 120：I didn't like how the hotel staff was not customer service oriented, and did not know how to provide solution. They seemed to have a problem with ownership, and saying things like its not my department, I dont know and stuff that would irritate and well-traveler that is familiar with good customer service. I personally would not want to go there again. For me I cannot rate this hotel as a 5 star. It is nice and big, and looks fancy but the tired service really kills it for me. They had some nice people that were welcoming and smiling but in terms of getting things done not the best. Ive been at 4 star hotels were the service was a lot faster and made me remember them a lot better.

Review 121：It was a huge resort, with many activities to participate in. There was a choice of 5 restaurants which were reasonably priced if there were other options available. The rooms were nice, bathrooms excellent. The area was spectacular. The tea upon welcome was lovely. The people were nice. The spa was probably the highlight of the century and the staff there were well trained and accomodating.
