Review 1：the staff was excellent. helping out with all our needs. Hotel is clean and near to bovec centre. with a car you can visit soca and other nearby wonders.

Only one sauna was open the other rooms were locked - really bad service. Rude reception lady - the worst breakfast ever. Nothing fresh,can food only - our room was down in the endof the aisle, wifI can be connected only in the bathroom

Review 6：breakfast was downstairs in a room with hardly any daylight, even though there was a very nice terrace outside. Bed was a little too soft.

Review 8：I originally booked at this hotel and a room with a balcony and thenthrough Booking was offered an upgrade. I chose to upgrade and actuallylost the balcony! A bigger room = no balcony. I wish I would have known.I wouldn't have upgraded! When does an upgrade mean that you lose aperk? I paid an extra 30 euros per night for a room I didn't want.When I complained we were told that they had sold out the rooms withbalconies (extra thanks to my upgrade I'm sure), and that we had abigger room. The staff could care less that we were unhappy, but theynever said hello, acknowledged our existence or even cared that wewalked in, so I shouldn't have been surprised. I would stay again,but I definitely would just get the basic room.

Review 9：The location. Proximity to hiking, rafting, and the beautiful outdoors.

Review 10：The receptionist was quite possibly the rudest person I've ever come across. Barely acknowledging you when you come to ask a question at reception, everything seemed too difficult or that I was inconveniencing her by being there. Upon checking out she barely spoke a word to me other than to confirm outstanding amount -not even a "how was your stay? / was everything ok?" or a "enjoy the rest of your trip" - she does not belong in customer service. A real sour ending to our stay in Bovec.

Review 11：Our room was very large with a good size balcony. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was pretty simple but fine for our needs. The young waitress in the outside bar was very lovely and friendly :-)

Breakfast is very good, compared with the previous comments do not know what people expect in a three-star hotel.

Review 18：Modern rooms, very clean, nrezkfast was very good , try the eggs!!! Food prices are very democratic when you like to eat in the evening. We had a very good time in a stunning region.

Review 19：While the food on the terrace outside was quite nice, the breakfast was rather poor unfortunately,most items had usually run out and were not refilled. Bread was old and dry, orange juice very artficial. Coffee was also quite bad - unlike the very nice coffee served at the outside restaurant. Air conditioning did not work that well.

Review 21：very uncomfortable bed. got a very poor sleep that night... we stayed in a room on first floor - the balcony is right in the parking area, so you cant really leave the door open. poor view, too. couldn't even enjoy sitting in the balcony beacous of bad sewerage smells.

Review 23：We needed a place to stay for one night having driven to Bovec from Rovinj,, Croatia. We had spent 10 days on a too-soft mattress and were thrilled with the comfort of the beds we found here. Everything was well organized. Just as we arrived, a bus had broken down and discharged all its passengers at the hotel while waiting for repairs. In spite of having to deal with lots of small purchases from the bus passengers, the staff managed to take care of us. We would come here for a longer stay if we are in the area again.

Review 29：On public holiday cleaning started at 7am, therefore making it difficult to sleep with all door banging and furniture moving next door. Bed mattress (with metal springs) uncomfortable, not straight, light hole in the mattress already formed.

Review 31：We spent one night during offseason in this hotel and there was only one person + us staying but the staff made our stay wonderful! Room was clean, comfortable and with nice mountain view from the balcony. We paid 10€ extra per person to go to sauna (which is with my Finnish standards really good) and end up having private sauna/wellness just for us for two hours. The reception helped finding the best from the near by sightseeings and they had perfect breakfast made just for 3 quests.

Review 32：Everything was great. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty. Every days we stayed in the hotel for dinner. Food were different and not so expencive. We compared with cafes and restaurants close to the hotel. Every day skibus met us on the hotel's parking. Italian ski resorts Sella Nevea and Tarvisio are very close (45 minutes by skibus). Special thanks for hotel manager Gregor Fenko! You are very profesional.

Review 33：It was a great hotel. Spacious, bright room and outstandingly clear bathroom ! We did not except any problem with breakfast. The free shuttle to Italian skiresorts stops at the entrance of hotel.

Review 81：The hotel is situated right across the road to a wild water rafting company, you can return dripping wet and cross the road to your hotel room.

Review 86：The problem is the price. It is a wellness hotel where the wellness area entry costs 70 EUR for the guests as well. Only sauna is 10 EUR. The baby bed (cot) was cost 6 EUR / day. We travel a lot and I have never experienced this anywhere before.

The carpet in the room and the floor in the bathroom were not properly cleaned at arrival, there was hair of the previous guests and the dustbins were not emptied. The beds aren't comfortable. The airconditioning makes a lot of noice, much more than in other hotels.
