Review 1：I don't have any bad experience while I'm staying here . Sory . I would like to give one opinion regarding imperial garden restaurant . The chef and waitress need to be more friendly like Hyatt regency sabah do . I'm sory if I'm giving wrong opinion . Thank you and have a nice days :)

Review 3：Booked 2 queen sized beds but was given with only one. need to get extra single bed with extra charges per night. The swimming pool is dirty with green algae can be seen at the side of the pool.

Review 7：The housekeeping, noticed when we came back from breakfast around 9, surprised that housekeeping alrdy done but unfortunately it was as if done in a hurry, that the lady just simply quickly replace the amenities but didn't clean the room, the bed still not tidy unlike the previous which was a guy, he did it very neatly.

Review 8：irresponsible staff - booked free pick up service from airport to hotel 2 weeks ago. I was shocked when the other staff told me that my booking of pick up service was not recorded. I feel disappointed.

Review 14：The first night i stay is with my friends. The second night i stay is with my family..on second night, i request for extra bed but till i check out i didnt get the extra bed. And i feel so unsecure when i went to the swimming pool area cause it still under constuction. There is no life guards. Its quite dangerous for children.

When my friend try to settle to bill using his credit card, the hotel staff decline the request. They require the person who made the booking to appeal at the counter to settle the bill.

Review 49：The room was superb. The bed was very comfy. I like that the air-cond can be controlled. There are many channels provided for tv. All amenities are provided too. The staffs are friendly and make my stay smooth and without any problem. The wifi was great most of the time. I am really satisfied with my stay and I will be back to stay here whenever I go to Kuching.

Not friendly and was not bothered when i was queing looking worried and no assurance was given to me. I saw a staff who was only standing doing nothing beside his fellow colleague who was attending to a client.He could have attended to me but i guess imperial hotel management never teach his workers to be pro active.

Review 110：The pool side rooms suffer from noise of several large industrial Air Con fans installed on an outside roof. If you are a light sleeper that may be a problem. Hotel location is far from Kuching centre but the hotel runs a shuttle service at 10 am returning 4pm. Taxi fare is 25 RM ($7) each way if you need one outside these hours.

Review 112：It was a very pleasant stay on my 2014 Christmas holidays with my family members in this hotel. 1. The room is very cosy and spacious, especially the bathroom!! 2. Buffet breakfast are served with wide varieties of food choices, among that, nasi lemak is a must try!! 3. The new modernized Boulevard shopping mall is an added value for shopping spree. It's definitely high recommended for all leisure or business travellers!!

Review 113：Based on my observation of staying many days in this hotel, the restaurant staff need to speed up to refill the food during morning breakfast. I had experience few times of waiting for more than 30 minutes for the restaurant staff to refill the food and I end up have my breakfast outside.

We booked from booking.com 3 room for 2 nights .when check in the staff give us 3 room in 3 different floor .we travelling with 5 kids .when we complain.the staff said because we booked from www.booking.com so she can not give the same floor room . also when breakfast most of the staff in serving menu very unfriendly . Breakfast start from 6 - 10 am .but when we arrive at 9 am .we found out rice .noodle .some dishes all gone .porridge as well . 5 star hotel but the the service as a budget hotel .

Review 135：Tried to request for front car parking for 2 times but was explained by the front office staff only basement parking are available as the outside car park only for drop-in and guest's function. But, noted few of non-local cars from Indonesia and Brunei were parked outside the lobby overnight for few nights. It is sad condition to see like this type of attitude for ours driving to stay at this hotel.

Review 136：Firstly, the checked-inn was fast, attended by nice sweet looking front office receptionist. was given the 9th floor looking to pool view. The room was clean, fresh smell. Good lightings except the satellite TV channel esp ch1 and ch7 not functioning properly. comfort pillows. Wifi signal is strong though inside the room. The sauna and steam room is functioning properly. well attended by staffs. Breakfast was average. quite a number of varieties of food and beverages prepared. However, I would recommend this hotel and plan for the next stay here.
