Review 11：I can't understand the reason for baggage scanning at the entrance, the scanning machine is really small that can only scan the women's purses. So, if you have a machine-gun, just put it in a bigger suitcase and it will not be scanned.

Review 21：1. Room size not worth for SAR 450+/ night stay. Very, very tight & compact room size even after shedding so much amount. Me & wife could've still managed in a small room but our son who is 1.5 yrs had no place to even walk properly. 2. In peak summer, shower water BOILS. Get ready to have your skin melted with boiled showers. The running water is horrible!

Review 27：The hotel could not find my original booking at the time of check-in. It ended-up having me to make a new booking which the cost was QAR200 more than my original booking. Check-in process was long. Running water in the shower/bath room was super hot through out our stay and temperature cannot be controlled.

They even let us check in early. The pool is perfect for kids who love to swim. The room is huge enough for kids to rest while sun is too hot to swim.

They don't even wish and on top of it the guy was yawning on the face at 8:30 am. The rooms are big, so the bathroom are squeezed.

Review 114：no sense of hospitality with security personnel at the main door. they are really rude and don't know how to talk politely. i asked a question and they started argument with me and did not bother shouting in public. i asked i need to speak to manager if you speak like that, and security person replied "i'm the manager here, you speak to me". Really uneducated staff at the door and no sense of hospitality. Ultimately its a bad experience for the guests.

Review 122：I was told by the duty manager Julian to ask my guests to leave our room. It was embarrasing. We are not having a party. I have 4 guests who visited us and we just bought food from outside. These guests will not stay there overnight. They just visited us and stayed there only for 2 hours. This is the reason why I booked a unit with a living room. They accused us of causing noise, how could that be possible? I think they were referreing to a different unit with 20 people inside. I understand their hotel policy but this is really embarrasing.
