Review 1：Second time at Nemo...just the BEST! First day,I get a knock on my door:Free Champagne and Fruit Dish! It's the small things:I needed several packages wrapped for my Lady's Birthday.I asked Diana,the Concierge...and of course,I needed it within 3 hours.She's on it! Within 2 hours,she manages to get my packages,via taxi,to someplace to have them wrapped perfectly and returned.Diana is simply the best! NEMO is AN AMAZING RESORT!!!

Review 3：Dolphons and fact in addition to nemo centre next door - the hotel also had Dolphins in a pool downstairs. Where there are great facilities. And the dolphin show is fantastic - tip go for the once round the pool swim with dolphin it is good value and you receive photo at end.

Review 6：Everything was 'top notch' and it is very difficult to isolate a single aspect. The staff was exceptional and made me feel at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nemo attended to my every need.

Review 8：Mostly the staff was very good . Did not like the man that was in charge of the bar . At breakfast . He was very rude to deal with . Every one else was wonderfull . ( I did not drink at breakfast . He made the coffee . I just think . He needs to get a new job !!!!

Review 9：Booking.com gave me one price, but they charged another (higher) one. When I confronted them about the price difference, they would not give me a refund. Definitely double check them up front.

Review 10：Some of the waiters in the upstairs restaurant need to be more service minded. We had bed bucks in the room. This was fixed by the staff and we did not experience it afterwards for the next 3 days; however, you do not expect this from a 5 star hotel. Wifi was a bit unstable in the room.

Review 11：Quality of the entire hotel is very high with a modern finish. The common faclities are excellent including, pool area, spa, gym and restaurants. Location is right at the sea front and it is in relatively walking distance to Odessa downtown. Concierge service (Diana in particular) as well as the reception was very helpful and welcoming. Dolphins at the hotel with a dolphin show that is not to be missed.

Review 26：If one needs to be located within walking distance of central Odessa, then this hotel is too far away. Yet it is only a ten minute taxi ride from the Opera House if you need a relaxing base while being a tourist around the area.

Review 27：I stayed in a junior suite on the second floor, overlooking the pool and sea. The scenic view of the Black sea - morning to evening was spectacular from my room balconies, one with a sitting chair and the other with two lounge chairs. A large two-person jacuzzi in the middle of the room made me wish my fiancé had been with me. Subtle, but attractive modern room decor, bathroom with twin sinks, commode, bidet and urinal. Free wifi, not fast but good enough. A well-equipped gymnasium on the ground floor and a dolphin show adjacent. The sushi dishes from the rooftop terrace restaurant were the best I have ever tasted. An good buffet breakfast was included with the room price and served until 11am for any late sleepers.

Review 28：I would have liked to have been able to swim in a fresh/clear water pool, but what was available, satisfied the reason for getting wet. The public beach was dirty and showed signs of garbage left behind of bottles and cigarettes, but this is not the hotels problem, of course. The one thing I did not expect is the charge for chairs that accommodated more than one person of seating during the evening hours to which would be beautiful to watch the sun rise over the horizon in the morning from atop the roof of your hotel, from a couple of course..

I must say, the breakfasts offered in the morning outperforms any place I can think of in America and Kyiv for that matter. The Dolphin show was definitely a plus! I will plan to come again in the near future!!

Review 67：First of all I want to say that I booked a suite on booking.com and it said it's a 5 star hotel with a great rating. I believe those who rated it used only one criteria proximity to the Black Sea. Yes, this is the only advantage of the hotel. All other experience of my stay confirms that this is maximum a good 3 star hotel. Staff is not flexible and in all the restaurants you can't order a special meal. No chance. They are merely a beach bistro. This is how I would position them. Breakfast is awful. Offer is so limited and no swedish line. You have to pay for the coffee, fried eggs and even water. My suite was small, they have made nice photos which promised a huge space. In a room you won't get complimentary or extra water, just a small bottle of Evian in a fridge. That's all. I saw only nemo branded cosmetics in the bathroom, I didn't use it. A 5 star hotel normally put branded Loccitane and others, so you can enjoy the bath. Don't expect to have a comfort sleep cause general ventilation which can not be switched off by you turns on at 2 am and will accompany you during the whole sleep. BTW it's located right over your bed, so you won't miss it. I have another minimum 10 tips what make me feel ripped off, but I hope the above mentioned is already enough.

They told me about very friendly English-speaking staff on the reception and a security guard , though he did not know English , but helped bring their luggage to the room. They said I won’t believe , but the sea view from their window when fog remind them of London Certainly the main purpose of their staying in Nemo was swimming with dolphins. They said it was really charming ! Concerning drawbacks, it seemed to them the hotel was under construction , but they also hoped that they would come back in summer to enjoy that hotel in a whole. Since summer pool in the shape of a dolphin tail waved very tempting at the bar. One more thing was sea view Jacuzzi on the top of the hotel it seemed to be very romantic)) So, they plan to meet the sunrise in the summer!

Review 80：Our stay didn't get off to a good start even before we arrived. Onthe way to the hotel we received a call to say the room wasn'tbooked despite the confirmed online booking and they didn't have aroom available. After much discussion they finally relented and said aroom was available although not the one we booked. We arrived to find abuilding site in full swing and was immediately shouted at by a sitemanager, then our two year old was shouted at by security for walking onthe grass. In the room the fridge leaked, the shower was blocked, therewas no hot water, the cold water was brown and the bedroom window wasactually bricked up. That evening and the following morning wecomplained, mainly about the lack of hot water as with two babies its afairly basic and essential requirment. We were lied to with the variousmade up answers. We checked out the following day, complained onceagain, asked for our money back and was offered a complimentary photowith the dolphins. Suffice to say we declined. In summary the worsthotel experience we have ever had, couldn't leave quick enough,truly awful. On the plus side the dolphins were nice.
