Review 1：There were cockroaches walking on the bathroom floor at night coming from the sewage. During our first day at breakfast the F&B staff were not smiling at all and at times acted quite rude the the children of the surrounding guests.The food on the first breakfast day was cold (it was not nice to eat cold scrambled eggs). It would have been nice to write down that there is a surcharge of 50 RON for the usage of the sauna and the spa-bath.

Review 2：The people at reception are quite friendly and eager to help. The welcome drink is charming (juice, water and typical Romanian cake). It is easy to spot the hotel and by car it is not at all far from the center or any other location, since the building is located on one of the main streets. The hotel is also very close to a big shopping mall. The furniture is new and the mattress of the bed was just perfect. The breakfast on the second day was pretty nice with warm eggs, bacon, fresh seasonal fruit and smiling staff.

Review 8：Very weak air conditioning especially with a heat wave at the time. Key card has to be in the slot by the door for power to the a/c so every time we left the room, it turned off. Dinner in the hotel looked to be all about tour buses, not casual diners.

Review 13：It was a wonderful weekend because the hotel was very easy to find, available parking places (we have a big car and sometimes it is a problem at some hotels) and extremely friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. It takes only 5 min to get to the city center so it can be a good option even when you do not have a car.

Review 14：First, the noise from the street made sleeping with an opened window impossible. We had to use an air-conditioner but there was no remote control in the room. Also very poor breakfast choice which remained the same every single day. As it was a 4-star hotel we expected some variety, especially based on the comments of other guests here. But it was always the same: eggs and ham. And lastly, one of the waiters at the restaurant was very unfriendly, standing behind our backs to take our plates away while we were still eating.

Review 15：Since it is a 4-star hotel we expected much more. Nevertheless we liked the bed in our room, everything was spotless clean, the free parking with plenty of space, friendly and good english-speaking personnel. A good location if you have a car or ready to use taxi.

Review 16：on summer, with open windows, rooms on the front side can be a bit noisy, but that is not fault of the hotel.

Review 22：The location is little far for downtown. For us wasn't a problem because we had car but for a tourist without car is difficult to walk - the taxi is cheap so it's ok at the end. The breakfast wasn't one of the best. The food was ok but very process food that we don't like it.

Review 42：Room: It was mid October so rather cold and we needed heating (heating was not turned on by default). There was no remote control in the room for air conditioning/ heating so we called the reception. The reception staff recommended that we come down and take the remote control. We asked the staff to come and deliver the remote to our room, which happened, but with some delay (20 mins or so - we had to call for a reminder)... Staff could be more friendly, or there should be more staff available. Or remote control for air conditioning/heating should have been in the room.... Parking: In the morning we noticed that one of the car's front fog lights was broken. Breakfast: 4-star hotels should have fresh juice (real fruit) for breakfast.

Review 46：Make sure you specify bed preference! We booked a room for our anniversary weekend and were looking forward to returning after having a wonderful time there previously. They booked us in a room with twin beds - not going to happen for an anniversary weekend! We got changed to a smoking room - my wife is allergic - but we aired it out and it was manageable. Windows open all night - good thing it was summer and we did not freeze. Lebanese food is not my preference.
