Review 1：I wanted to see the lake, because the hotel was described as with lake view - and the model room also showed a lake on the webpage, but unfortunately I could barely see the lake. The staff is a bit "cold", trying to be professional, which they are, but no friendly smiles come across their lips. They are a bit stiff.

Review 5：The room air conditioning only runs while the room key is in the control slot, so only when we were in the room. It got very warm while we were out and took quite a while to cool down.
Review 6：Every staff person we met showed the incredible hospitality Turks are known for! They came out to handle our luggage as soon as we arrived; they made sure we had everything we needed, even acquiring an English newspaper for us on the day one was not readily available. The breakfast buffet was extensive (several hot selections, breads, meats, cheeses, toppings, fruits, juices) and the quality was excellent. The room was clean and very modern in design. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Adana.

Review 32：The staff helped us get around. They even found us a rental car for super cheap. We used the car to go site seeing. Masel Hotel staff is excellent! Not much to do in Adana but we did go to a beach downt he street (walking distance) we had fun!
