Review 1：No morning swim, Pool open from 11 am. Didn't get park lot, had to park 0,5 km from the hotel. Poor breakfast. No shampoo at the shower.

Review 3：Ordered in advance baby cot. It was free. But when I checked out they told me that I should pay additional money for baby cot. Place for parking very small and was busy.

Review 4：The employees at the reception don't seem to know how to do their jobs. At check in they neglected to give us instructions about how to get to the room (and no, unlike in most hotels, this wasn't straightforward). At check out they claimed part of the bill hadn't been paid and insisted that we show the receipt. Even though we were in a hurry to catch the ferry, we had to go through all the luggage to find it.

Review 5：The breakfast was very nice. The pool area was clean and well maintained (the hotel in general is).

Review 6：Reception's staff ... not polite at all ... please be aware that you need to give it back all your room's cards - they supposed to mentioned that in the begin of your stay... they tried to charge for carpark as well which it was free on booking confirmation ...

Review 8：We stayed with two children for one night on our way home from a vacation and just needed a place to have a late dinner and some sleep. In the middle of the night the fire alarm went off by mistake and the hotel staff could not fix it so we ended up being awake for several hours during the night and were exhausted the next day. We asked for a discount on the rather expensive rooms but the staff refused. Very dissatisfied.

Review 9：Wi-fi not working ! And when complaining nobody seems to care. Parking is a noght mare. I ended up parking 1 km from the Hotel on a paid parking (20 PLN) Breakfast did not open on time - stress when your are in a hurry.

Review 19：The staffs poor language skills. The staffs ignorence towards clients, didn't even great goodmorning! Though they were fullt occupied on internet and on Facebook! Incredable, they didn't show any interest for work or clients at all during our 4 day stay. Their working skills was verk bad, no training? Also parking was kaotic! NO wifi in the room!

Review 24：I visited Hotel "Atol" with my daughter and I really recommend this place for a number of reasons: - clean and comfortable rooms - very friendly and kind personnel - swimming pool and jacuzzi - closeness to the beach, restaurants and city bus (line "B") - very tasty buffet breakfasts All of our needs were fulfilled almost instantly, so there was nothing to complain. I hope to visit this place again soon.
