Review 1：Sharp edge by the bathroom floor which caused a wound. Cold room until we found out that we could adjust the heat ourselves. You could hear the neighbours very well.

Review 5：I stayed in an economy single room, so it was a small room with a small bed. However, all in all, the place was cozy. The breakfast they offer as part of the daily rate is very good and the complimentary coffee available the whole day is another very positive point in favor of this hotel. The hotel location is also very good. You are in the heart of the city, close to most of the important tourist attractions in Trondheim.

Review 6：we cancelled other hotel booking and change to this hotel as it provide good buffet breakfast. However as our 2nd day fall on Sunday, the breakfast time only start from 8am instead of their usual weekday time start at 7 am. As a hotel to serve tourists, the service should be Constance whether on Sunday, hoilday or weekday. We miss the rich buffet breakfast. The only negative .

Review 35：Elevator ended on 6th floor and our room was on the seventh floor. It's located just off the central square and there was lots of partying noise from the street late into the night. The hotel is in the middle of a much needed remodel of the public areas.

Review 36：The hotel is centrally located. I left some jewelry in the room by mistake and the hotel and head of housekeeping have been very helpful in making arrangements to mail the items to me.

Review 37：When I came to check-in, I was said that my (booked!) room had been already assigned to another person because that man had arrived earlier. It was so fool to do it and even fooler to say this to me. Fortunately, after 2 minutes, another room for me was found. A woman in the breakfast room takes your plate and all other immediately after you went from table even if you did not finish and wanted only to take something more from common tables. My advise: leave a special sign 'Hands away!' on your table. Too warm blankets.

Review 126：Our room was described in booking.com as queen-size bed room, but our room had regular room. I was informed that description on booking.com is wrong and they no longer distinguis between regular and queen-size bed rooms. Quite dissapointing that description was not updated.
