Review 1：Hotel is situated close by main railway station of Sarajevo, but that's not the center of the city (to go to the center you have to use tram or taxi). Environs of the hotel are lonely and rather dirty. We saw a lot of stray dogs not far away from the hotel.

Review 2：The hotel is not modern, but clean and quiet. Staff is friendly. Our room was very big and light, with good bath and comfortable bed.

Review 9：The breakfast was really really poor.. The hotel was quite busy during our stay, but this is no excuse for an empty breakfast buffet at 8:30. Also, the hallways are really noisy. Since the hotel was busy, we had a lot of trouble sleeping. On top of this, we also heard a lot of streetdogs barking in front of the hotel throughout the night. The location is ok if you travel by train, but it is quite far from the city centre and the tram (1) that brings you here does not run very frequently.

Review 19：While the location is very near the main bus station and the railway station, I arrived at night, did not see the shortcut which I used the next morning, and ended up taking a roundabout walking route of over 15 minutes. Also, I wished they could have had bottled water at the breakfast buffet.

Review 20：The staff spoke good English and was very friendly and helpful. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in in Europe (I had a "superior single" room with a queen bed). I think this hotel was constructed during the days that Tito reigned over the former Yugoslavia and was probably one of the best places in town in those days. Interesting property.

Review 21：I could not turn on the light in the bathroom. I have tried with aleash, but it was sos leash. And - no one has responded to my sos. (Itwas activated by mistake, there was no need to assistence - but...)

Review 42：Great location, although both times I had stayed, the rooms were a bit small - but comfortable enough. The hot buffet breakfast included and the restaurant staff is very welcoming first thing in the morning. Wifi seemed to only work in certain areas, but they do have computer terminals for use, with internet, free of charge. For single occupancy, I had an excellent room rate - especially given when it was in July. Would stay here again for that price.
