Review 1：Nothing is perfect. I don't think it's fair to mention very minor discomforts.
Review 2：Had a severe delay at Stockholm Airport. Owner offered several options to come pick us up from Kalmar and finally waited at Borgholm Bus Station (with van) to help carry luggage to address. An excellent service!
