Review 10：As the hotel is next to the railway station, you might hear noise from the trains even if the window is closed. We were on the eight floor and sometimes hot water in the shower wasn't available. Smoking is allowed in the restaurant. There is a second floor which is for non-smokers but it was unavailable when we visited, thus we had to inhale cigarette smoke.

Review 11：The room was very clean. It was styled in an expensive-looking business fashion. It was well air conditioned. It had all the necessities done excellently - the bed was very large and cosy, the shower cabin was nice, there was a stable, albeit not fast, internet connection and a smart TV that included international channels. Staff were able to speak good English. You could pay both for your stay and in the restaurant using a card. The restaurant itself offered great food and very good service. The hotel is situated right next to the railway station and a shopping centre can be found within 500 meters. Public transport has a stop in 200 meters and can be used to visit sightseeing locations or access the town. Free parking is available for your car. There is also a gas station outside. I can recommend the hotel and would visit it again should I travel to Brasov.

Review 12：The location-is too far from the attractions of the city and right next to the railway station, which limits the view possibilities. Such a location is not suitable for a 5 star hotel (from my point of view it is a 5* hotel but the location downgrades it to 4...pitty)

If you arrive with an attractive female the staff stops working and they are starring at you, even making inaudible comments. The hotel has a nice restaurant, but on the same reason we always had 1-2 waiters mingling around and starring at my partner (however staff was nice and helpful in general).

Review 34：The location could not be bad, as Brasov is a relatively small city and everything is close. But what we have found inside surprised us even being a frequent traveller: the hotel is very elegant and very comfortable! The rooms are big and decorated in a modern way. We just loved the transparent shower cabins, the big beds, the selection of wines placed on the wall! Really pleasant time that we have spent there.

The food at the restaurant is very good, the only problem is that they let people smoke in the area which in most of the countries in the world this is a NO GO. Review 80：Hotel is trying to sell itself as exclusive and high class, where in details it fails so badly that I cannot recommend staying there unless you are willing to put up with tons of little and big annoying things to enjoy excellent spa in the hotel. To list just few ones: - Air conditioning does not exist and staff will try to convince you that there is climate control, or that "it has to be this way' - Rooms are dark and thus unsafe, since you will be tripping over furniture and there is no way you will shave or put make up without help from your cell phone light - Breakfast is just average, but worst is that nothing is refilled, staff is inexperienced and just lurks around, and coffee is sub standard

They are nice and willing to help but puzzled in case of out of ordinary situations creating frustration. - hotel staff is entering in the spa area with their street shoes. - at breakfast, staff people were arguing among them if additional food should be brought. Review 110：The smoke. We don't smoke and we would have had appreciated a split between the people who smoke and the people who don't. It is not nice to smell the smoke when you eat. The last day of our stay, the waiter wasn't friendly, maybe she was tired.

Review 112：Just my case : have parked the car in front the hotel and before my departure I observed that my car have been damaged .... probably from another car/guest ! I was trying with the bellboy and the staff from reception to see what has happened during the night on the surveillance cameras but they didn't have any in front of the hotel ... Well , the day of my arrival I was told by the bellboy that I can use the underground parking which I didn't , so maybe I can call it my fault but I would like the management of the hotel to consider installing some surveillance cameras for preventing this kind of incidents !
