Review 1：The hotel was neat, so comfortable and typically as seen on website. The staff was great and ready for any support. Although few speaks English but they found several translation ways to help us when the persons speaking English are not available.

Review 4：Very good service-- staff stood whenever a guest walked in the door and went out of their way to help me. Lots of glitter in the rooms- fascinating decor! The location was excellent for downtown- very close to the mosque. The only downside was fairly strong smell of tobacco in the halls and in the room.
Review 5：If you like bling and glamour, stay here for a night or two! Gold wallpaper, gilded phone, gold sink, a giant chandelier in a dome over the bed, and brightly painted furniture make it an over-the-top sort of place. Breakfast buffet was nice--included fresh honey in the comb--and served in a dining hall with fancy red velvet and gold chairs. Parking was in the lot next door. Just 2 blocks from the big mosque and a shopping mall.
Review 6：Kaya Premium is extra premium! What a fabulous little hotel with a totally unique design in the best possible taste. I felt like a real Pasha! Even better, most of the large hotels host loud weddings and parties on the weekends but due to its size, Kaya Premium is nice and quiet.

Review 28：Nothing really. The adjacent main artery street traffic noise could be somewhat of an annoyance if one opened the windows, but this was not necessary due to the very good air conditioning system.

Great location within easy walking distance to both the new and "old" Adana city centres. Very high value for the price I paid, as economical as several lower-class (3-star) hotels I have stayed at elsewhere in Turkey. Also, really enjoyed the excellent WiFi signal strength and quick response right in my room.

Overall it has been a good surprise beyond my expectations.Friendly stuff, very good breakfast, comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again.
