Review 1：Quite good rooms, friendly service, great event venues, clean, fair price, convenient to get to center by taxi or public transport. Food is OK, breakfast adequate, big store nearby.

Review 2：Well located for summer tourist spots. Room was nice and clean, there was everything you need, nothing more. Reception staff were great and very helpful.

Review 6：Good experience Reasonable price, big room woth comfortable bed. Great location with a good choice of dining and entertainment around. Quite and secure place to stay with huge parking and spacious lobby and dinniing area. Isolated from street noise.

Review 7：The lift is too slow and sometimes it didn't work at all. Upon arrival they gave me the wrong key and I went into an occupied room but luckily there wasn't nobody inside. They dont' send the clean laundry to your room but you need to pick it up at the reception. The safety box is not very userfriendly.

Review 8：It was a great surprise to have a nice upgrade from a Junior Suite to a beautiful Suite. The suie was nice and spacious and clean, A/C and WIFI worked perfectly and there was a nice big balcony. The staff was very friendly. Location is great, just 2 minutes walk from Arkadia. I didn't have breakfast so I can't give a vote for this.

Review 9：Personel is so bad they are not helpful , there is one man on the gate and even if you paid the price of the room when you come with your girlfriend to your room he wants extra money every day ..He is very rude and if you resist on not giving the money he turns to an agressive man.I saw many hotels but this is the first hotel wants total room amount at the beginning.

Review 11：The room looked really new and modern on the website but it was quite disappointing in reality. Large construction site behind the hotel that starts working at 7:30. Wifi really slow.

Review 13：Day time girls in the reception were awful. You need to beg for their attention, they don't know the answers to simplest questions, like how to get to the city center! When we asked the to call us a cab they said there are no cars available - which is not believable when you see so many taxis on the streets of Odessa. Breakfast is poor if you go late - an hour before the end there's basically nothing left. The room could be vacuumed more, and there was no cleaning during our stay. At some point the electricity was off.

Review 14：The location is great if you are up to party all night in Arcadia and soaking in the sea all day, and not interested in city center and nice bars/clubs/restaurants over there. There's 20 minute ride with minibus to the city center, and they run quite often during the day (but not during the night).

Also the refrigerator was making loud bangs once an hour that woke me up all the time (took me 2 days to figure what caused it)

Review 21：The scary elevators. The room I stayed in had a locked door to the room next door and there was a gap of 2 cm under the door so you could hear every sound from the neighbour. But not all rooms were like that apperently.

Review 24：Clean bedding and towels, recently refurbished rooms, excellent coffee at the bar! Close to the beaches, night clubs and health track, easy to get to and from the centre (bus 198). Towels were changed daily, bedding - every 3 days. A/C worked well but there was no real need for it as the room was nice and cool anyway. Nearby building sites did not bother us much. Overall, good value for money in the middle of the week Mon- Fri.

Review 27：My wife and I stayed in the standard room with twin beds. The room was clean. Private bathroom was clean and no weird smells. Huge window looking the street. The AC was working fine. Room service was good. Breakfast was good. There are so many places to eat near the hotel and at a much cheaper price. The bus stop is right on the street in front of the hotel. You will see 1-4 mini buses parked. This was super convenient. Almost across the street from the hotel there is small supermarket. What a life saver. The beach is about 3 blocks away and you will see tourist and locals walking towards the beach all day. I think I probably saw 10 restaurants or eating places on these 3 blocks. About 25 restaurants near beach. At night the beach and the lights of the restaurants makes this location a most see place. Guys! The girls! Ohhhhh my God! Lots of them. You can't get enough. Great location for the kids.

Review 51：This was a WORSE hotel I stayed in my life. Black mould in the shower, dirty towels, old soviet linen. No hairdryer, no iron, no phone in room. Not a single chair in the room, no table in the room. Huge construction site 50 m from hotel. On the other side private houses with dogs barking all night. Absolutely unhelpfull and ignorant staff. When I asked to change towels, guy at reception refused.He said: ''You should have told us straight away, not 30 mins after you moved in''!!! I have pack of photos to back up my words, shame I can't post them here...

Review 52：the hotel sits in Arcadia, this is outside the centre of the City, but is one of the most exclusive areas of Odessa. Only minutes frim the beach and coastal walks, equally minutes from an exclusive shopping complex and "old style" Ex Communist parks and buildings

Review 53：The staff is friendly and rather helpful but there are some situations where it seems they need some training and support. For example they usually prioritize speaking to themselves rather than servicing the customer. Its a big hotel but there's only one person at the reception so you must often stay in a queue. While you encounter the waiter in the restaurant terace door, he doesn't let you pass through - he always passes first. While they do not find you on the breakfast list, they ask you to go to reception and solve it out instead of taking things in their own hands. While checking in the receptionist asked for paying in advance before I got a room-key and then she said there is no hot water available because of some external issues. In general it's a good hotel but those tiny things make your general impression slightly questionable.

Review 54：Good location - 5 minutes walk to Arcadia Beach. Large Car Park, good breakfast, clean and tidy room equipped with air condition. Large and comfortable lobby.

Review 55：I saw a map that placed the hotel near the Train Station. I spent 8 hours, with a break for a map from the Train Station kiosk and an Italian dinner east of the Memorial Spire directly north of the hotel, hiking from Central District down to Arkadia where I discovered the actual location of the hotel. Internet within the hotel repeatedly failed, causing me problems with trip planning.

Review 56：The room was modern. The hotel is conveniently near Arkadia entry without any noise from the area.

No recommendations couldbe given when I asked where I should eat or which beach club would bebest. As a solot traveler there for one evening it was a bit frustratingto enjoy myself not knowing the area. Usually hotel staff providedetails and this staff did not. When I asked the price of a cab to theairport upon check in--100 uah. When I asked for that cab to be called,by the same person who quoted me the Ok Odessa price, they said 130 uah.I did remind him of his previous quote and after some banter withanother employee, it was 100 again

Review 64：I don't like elvator because at the first time we check in hotel weunderstood that this elevator is not safe...So at 4th or 5th day in thishotel, we kept in the elevator and we couldn't be rescued for a longtime, they tried but not be able to open the door of the elevator for along time. It was very bad experiment. I can say that until this time (I am 32 years old ) I hasn't been kept in any elavator :((And the remainings are good enoug especially reservation desk staff was very helpful and kind.

Review 65：I don't like police control each day...they tried to take some money inreturn for passport control...generally I don't prefer Odessaagain...because just one night club is good named ibiza CLUB...and theother facilities are not good enough...for ex: not good beaches exist,not good shopping centers...If I need to mention about OK ODESSA HOTEL...staf is kind, clean rooms and good location exists.
