Review 1：1-wrong credit card charged said they would fix, never did. 2-exccessive water leaking from toilet, mold on floor in bathroom. 3-mold in AC/heater. 4-was told room was one of the "remodeled" rooms at check in 5-Night auditor was yelling at a woman in the lobby that he did not know her and would call police as my husband entered lobby to ask about credit card. Yelled at husband that he did not know him either. 6-called, was told manager Brett would call me. I was asked to not contact Clarion til he had a chance to call me. Waited 24 hrs w/o response. Clarion corp said he would call me and he never did, so I assume that it didn't matter to him. He may be franchise owner, so I guess he doesn't care. Someone lives on site there, Also Brett is never available to come to phone.
Review 2：Tamika (sp) front desk clerk, should be manager. She attempted to rectify problems and have manager call me before I contacted Clarion. Never happened, even after Clarion passed message to manager Brett for the 2nd time
Review 3：I did not like that yall did not have a good breakfast area and there is no door when you get out the bathroom or shower so nobody can see your body but everything else was excellent wonderful and I must say I'm speechless

Review 9：The pictures make it look like it's nicer than it is. It's actually an old, damp, smelly motel. There was stripper glitter in the chair. There's a night club connected to the side of the motel and you can hear the music beating all night. The lady that checked us in was nice. Parking was right out front of our room. Everything else sucked!!

Review 13：The seal for the mini-fridge was not in place causing the fridge to run constantly and ultimately freeze up. Also, the facility could use a significant upgrade as it is quite dated, with rusty bath fixtures, and sagging mattress.

Review 22：Not to be a prude but this place was not that nice of a room but it was clean and kinda comfortable. The folks that worked the front desk were great and had a good sense of humor.
Review 23：Suites and Inns sounds like a hotel, I didnt expect a motel, the bed was as hard as a rock, and had greasie smudges all over the headboard. Yuck! The hardwood floors were so filthy I had to wash my feet twice before I could get into the bed.

The female manager was not very accommodating.Instead of telling us she would check her reservation schedule to seeif we would be able to stay the whole week, she said she didn'tknow if a room would be available after Friday (3 days) because shewould have to check the lsu football schedule. What? Seems like you canlook in the computer and see if the rooms are reserved or not - notsure what the football schedule had to do with the hotel's currentreservation status

If not body fluids, then some smeared 3/4 of the way across -_- sink still has toothpaste and spit residue from previous guests. Everything was ok, but it was not cleaned well at all. That is my only complaint. It was very dirty though.

The shower curtin was filthy and thebathroom disgusting!!! I had to pull the sheets off of the bed and puton the bathroom floor to walk on. There was no ice bucket but at thefront desk they had grocery bags for ice. No ironing board the sink wasdirty. The pool water was green. It was supposed to be a 5* but theowner must have rated himself. Stay away please false advertisement!!!!!

I went back to the registrar and he was able to accommodate with a room I was satisfied with because I initially asked for my money back.

Now i'll say this, i dont know if i got bit profusely at the pool or in my bed but that didnt even deter me from the value. I'll be back, but i'd mention it so that they are extra clean. Cleaning staff had great attitudes. Ask for a new room as some havent been remodeled aparently.
Review 46：The phones didn't work, the lamps had shorts in them, mold in the bathroom, and there was some kind of brown liquid on the bed...one of the staff brought clean sheets and covers but we had to change them ourselves.

Review 49：Everything was pretty clean and I enjoyed it. I stayed at the hotel a week with my teenage daughter and we were pretty comfortable. Ask for newly renovated rooms. They're so much nicer than the normal rooms.
Review 50：First room we had was unbearably hot. Thankfully, the front desk switched us to a different room. The second room had working A/C, but not much else going for it. Relatively clean at first glance. The "sheets" on the bed were a joke. The mattress was bad too.

Rips in the carpet, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, the carpet had a wet feeling the entire trip, and the bed did not even have a fitted sheet on it (it was a flat sheet just kind of laid on top of the mattress). Oh, and there were only three flat pillows for a king size bed and the door was extremely difficult to open.

Review 63：I was shown the best customer service via phone and in person! Stacey was very pleasant and helpful via phone and Nicole was so welcoming, personable, and accommodating! The room I was given at first smelled strongly of smoke although it was a non-smoking room. Nicole happily switched my room in seconds and it was beautiful! Everything thing was immaculate and smelled fresh! Very quiet and comfortable. I will be staying here often this year for business.

Review 71：As a first time customer I wasn't pleased with the room. I needed to find somewhere to stay at the last minute and Calloway Hotel price was in my budget. I was familiar with view of the hotel frequently traveling along the interstate. I outside of the hotel look gorgeous with the lighten, palm trees, etc. Well the hotel rooms I was not impressed. The room I slept in had an odor, pillows were flat, the bottom of the refridgetor was filled with water and toilet wasn't working that well. To top it off the remote did not work, therefore I has to get up to change the channels. I wasn't able to relax during my short stay. I suggest upgrade.

Review 73：Office brought my Liscence to my room and made sure I was awakened early for my appointment by knocking on my door. The phone did not work but I did not care. I was booked in another room where it worked but asked for room change to first floor to save going up stairs with luggage with my bad knee. They had an awesome band and dance going on and wish I was not so tired to attend! Internet worked and it was quiet
Review 74：First off, I was given the wrong room. I walked into the first room, and there was a man sitting at the table. Apparently, he worked there and lived in that particular room. Next, I went back and they gave me the "honeymoon" suite. It was pretty outdated and the old-school big screen tv didn't even work. Plus, there weren't even any towels.

Each day I was there, the cleaning staff did not clean the soap tray in the shower from that used bar of soap, so I wonder if the shower was ever wiped down from the person who had been in the room before me? My contract had said there would be a continental breakfast but because of remodeling or new management getting approved for serving, there was nothing for people to have in the mornings.
