Review 1：No parking.
Review 2：Beautiful hotel with exposed brick and wood beam ceilings. Tastefully decorated. Large rooms with excellent bathroom (large steam shower). Comfortable bed/bedding -- slept very well! The staff were very friendly and professional. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was one of the best meals we had during our week in Romania. Location was directly across from the main square of Brasov - close to all the attractions, restaurants, etc. Wifi worked well.
Review 3：It is one of the best hotels in Brasov. Located in Piata Sfatului square in the very center of the city, can be accessed from railway station by taxi (cost 10 lei). Council Square buildings (Piata Sfatului , certified construction beginning in December 23 1420) is surrounded by buildings built after the great fire of 1869 (after the fire, the nearby church remained blackened, today the “Black Church”). Basically since then should date the building construction in which is located the hotel. Now construction is excellent refurbished. We are Tempted to live here Because of the excellent position: all major tourist objectives is minutes away. It is noteworthy the restaurant located in the cellars of the.building: romance cellars built of stone and brick. Interesting menus are served on hot stone, which is brought to the table. At each table there is one radio - ring that request the service.
Review 4：The staff apart from the housekeeping and two blonde receptionist staff were not pleasant at all. Rooms were nice but a little on the small side and so was the bathroom. Watch out if having breakfast on the weekend, it opens later. Restaurant was overpriced and staff were so rude to us that we almost walked out. Sheets and duvet cover appeared to be plastic?!
Review 5：Right on the town square of Brasov, excellent base for travelling around surrounding areas. Hotel was really clean and the housekeeping staff were lovely. Breakfast was huge, and had a great variety. Free wifi in the hotel.

Review 19：The room was very cozy. Even though I was alone, I could tell it would have been a great romantic get away. I showed my girlfriend the room during a video chat, and she agreed. The bed was amazing! Best sleep I had had in weeks! I did not eat at the restaurant, but I had breakfast and it was delicious. All of the staff I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful when I asked for recommendations on where to go. The absolute best part of Bella Muzica was the location. Literally across the street from the Black Church and the city square. Everything was within a short walk. I will definitely be going back to Brasov, and I have every intention of staying at the Bella Muzica again.

Review 21：Fantastic location across from the popular town square. The staff was top notch, friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. The daily breakfast was very good and the cavernous restaurant downstairs was a hidden gem ( I even had good Mexican food there).
Review 22：We had a great stay in this hotel. Hotel was centrally located across the street from the iconic Black Church. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was large with a walk-in shower. Staff was exceptional. Cabs were difficult to get by phone on the morning we left because of the rain and heavy traffic, but the hotel staff went to the front of the hotel to flag a cab for us, snd then waited outside to make sure the cab understood our destination.

Review 34：The hotel has no elevator, which was a very big problem for us,travelling with an elderly mother which had to climb 3 floors up thestairs, and since hotel was full, nothing could have been done to changeit. Rooms are relatively small, and they have no twin beds, so I had tosleep with my mother on the same bed (my fault... Didn't see itcoming when making the reservation...). Good thing though - on secondday we were upgraded to a big room on the ground floor.

Review 41：The title says it all. I always stay here when in Brasov. Why? Clean. Comfortable. Plenty of hot water. An outstanding, friendly staff. An excellent restaurant with plenty of charm. The best location in beautiful Brasov.
Review 42：The breakfast was acceptable, but not the best I have had, the fruit juice was not "proper" fruit juice, but a sweetened powdered version and the food ran out very quickly, so if you were slightly late getting down there was not much of a choice. So whilst it was ok, it could be improved on.
Review 43：Great location in the centre of the city, close to the main attractions. The room was excellent, very clean with a comfortable bed and friendly, helpful staff. I ate in their restaurant in the basement for my evening meal and it was a terrific meal in a lovely room with a great ambience.
Review 44：Our room was on the third floor. There is no elevator, and the spiral staircase does not have a handrail on the outer side, where the steps are more negotiable; the inner side does have a hand rail, but the steps are too narrow.

Review 46：A minor remark: probably in order to retain an old character, the corridors have a ceramic floor without any carpets. Since the bedroom doors aren't soundproof, a disagreeable noise was audible from inside when someone passed in the corridor. I bet you are able to find a suitable, charming carpet able to attenuate the problem.

Review 53：Everything here is so different, you will love it! The hotel is in a house 400 years old, absolutely amazing, had a great experience. Food in the restaurant is awesome, ask for the music menu, when you order you can pick the music you want them to play for you...pretty cool! Staff is very friendly, everybody smiles, very professional, we enjoyed... We had one apartment which is like a stand alone house, with a private backyard, very very nice...interior stairs, two bathrooms, very convenient for a family.

We were two families and experienced many great nuisance. Review 101：Bella Muzica is a charming boutique hotel in a great location in the centre of old town Brasov. The building is over 400 years old, but has been tastefully renovated and decorated so that it retains it medieval charm. We stayed in a junior suite on the second floor (Room 301), overlooking the main square across the street. It's a delightful, very spacious room with wooden beams, views of the square and the white tower behind the hotel, and lovely seating area. The bathroom is modern and well designed, although perhaps we would have preferred a nicer shower instead of a whirl pool tub, as taking a shower in a hot tub can be a little awkward. Also, the three smaller windows overlooking the square don't have curtains, so you'll enjoy waking up with sun, which didn't particularly bother us. Breakfast was very good and offered a good choice of meats, cheeses, breads, some hot food, fruits etc. Front of house was friendly and helpful. We also dined at the restaurant, which we enjoyed. One minor gripe is that the hotel was extremely hot. It was cold and snowy out for Easter, so while it was nice to come indoors to warm up, this could become a bit of overbearing.

We waited for 10 mins with several different staff members walking past without any acknowledgement. At this point we decided to leave. Extremely RUDE

The restaurant downstairs is worth a sight , but book ahead in weekends ,it is very popular.

Review 115：What a great location! Right on the main square and opposite The Black Church. The decor is to a high standard throughout and the hotel was warm, inviting and clean. We had dinner in the resturant under the hotel in the caves and it was very good, we had the fajitas which we couldn't fault. As a guest you got 10% off your meal. Breakfast had a good selection. We went to the next door spa and got a 15% off voucher for that too as residents. A really warm welcome to the hotel on arrival as well, staff were lovely.
