Review 1：They are ladies staff at reception doesn't smile when we do enquiries.Is a thin lady who doesn't smile or being friendly when we do enquiry but they is fat lady who is very friendly.

Review 2：Envoiroment feel comfortable and clean.And mostly the male staff are very friendly especially one of the chinese guy .

Review 3：Telephone in room cannot be used to dial outside line. Have to go down to the reception to have the calls made.each time! That is a bit ridiculous for a modern day hotel.
