Review 1：To much money was take out of my account for 1,night I pay $425.44 the room was not clean the carpet was very dirty a plate of food set outside the door from the time I arrive until I left

Review 16：If you don't have a players card with the casino they aren't concerned about your stay- they wouldn't upgrade us to a suite after we offered to pay literally any amount of money- they said it wasn't available (after asking for my players card.) The valet guys and bellmen were awesome, very helpful and attentive

I was to was to 249.00 with tax and I got charged 297.00 and that is wrong don't think I will be staying there again and will let my family know they were planning on staying there on july 20 but I think we will be go some where else. I ordered a pizza from room serves and that was so nasty and not even round it looked like it was dropped and put in the box and still gave them a 5.00 tip after they had already charged me 7.70 tip and didn't say anything that really sucks I had stayed there before but never again. sorry you have lost my business with you guys it was my 25th wedding anevesary and it was a great stay.

Review 33：I booked a single king bed room. I ended up in a 2 bed room with a toilet that wouldn't stop running. Facilities finally came the next morning to fix the toilet... That took about an hour. The hotel was not attached to the casino and that was a big turn off because the weather was changing and you had to walk through the elements to get to the casino.

The clerk said " we have had a lit if trouble here with the cash drawer". I was basically penalized for using cash when you should be rewarding customers for it.
