Review 1：Bad ventilation, windowed rooms have no access to outdoor air as they are sealed, people are smoking indoors and cigarette stench lingers on furniture. WiFi practically unusable. Poor sound isolation, able to hear people talking on telephones 2 rooms away. TV remote not working, staff is reluctant to solve the issue. Poor working ethics, receipt of payment only given upon request.

Review 4：Clean place, within walking distance of whole lot of eating places, outside Kuching central area, so quiet. Major bus lines within 15 mins walk. Got 3 days booking at a very low rate.
