Review 1：Very unfriendly staff. Curtains missing in room. Not very comfortable, not modern. Arrived and there was rubbish in the room! Unclean.

Review 3：The cleaning ladies wanted to clean early mornings when I was enjoying my coffee, I asked the cleaning staff to come back later, they were not happy and they show me that. The hotel did not change the towels, although I was staying more than 7 days.

Review 7：They keep everything mostly clean but the windows were awfully dirty (especially against the sun). In such a place you cannot clean the windows twice a year only. My bathroom was pretty cold (no radiator at all).

Review 9：Bed well worn, sagged in the middle. Housed opposite main building with no lift. Cleaning staff knocked on bedroom door each morning (it would be so simple to have the normal 'occupied' or 'please make up my room' sign) and were very noisy in the corridor. Bathroom toilet wouldn't stop flushing.

Review 14：Clean and spacious rooms with friendly staff. Swinoujscie great town for everyone. Unlike other Polish beach towns, here you have plenty of space to walk around without feeling over crowded in narrow sidewalks. Fantastic bike paths that lead you straight to Germany for little cultural diversity.

Review 21：We we welcomed in the car park by an angry man with a savage dog who wanted us to park closer to a wall. Our room was in a separate, older, worn out building. We could not have breakfast at the time we preferred, but when we arrived at the appointed time the restaurant was empty and the staff ignored us. This was our last night in Poland after three weeks touring the country and the worst experience of Poland of all. Up until Meduza, we had found the Polish to be happy, friendly and welcoming. Meduza breaks the mould.
