Review 1：The plugs in the room were a bit rattled. The walls are rather thin. The current conversion rate isn't exactly adhered to...and we were chased by someone on our way out to ask if we'd paid. We had done so on arrival. Check records before people leave?
Review 2：There was someone to greet us at 4am and we got an ensuite room. The room itself was warm and clean. The garden seemed lovely although we didn't get a chance to stick around for very long.
Review 3：The only problem was at the beginning, as we arrived late at night and although the building of the motel is easy to find, the entrance to the reception is a different story. It is at the back of the main building and is not illuminated so after walking around the whole building we had to phone to find the way in. It was a bit stressful. The other thing is the transport from the airport, promised in the description of the motel. I phoned a day before to confirm it but I was told that it's not provided.
Review 4：The motel is located very conveniently. You can reach it on foot in about 10-15 mins even with a big case. The problem could be a fly-over over the road without a lift, but we managed to cross the road without using it. Very easy to find it. Just walk straight from the airport towards the main road and it is on the other side of the road. The room was quite basic but more than satisfactory, with a very nice touch of the traditional decoration. Very quiet and warm. Nice clean bathroom with a shower. The staff didn't speak much English, but was friendly and helpful enough. I would recommend it
Review 5：The staff was rude and made you feel unwelcome. The breakfast was not as promised (no eggs, no butter, no jam, but 3 kinds of pork meat - even if we specifically asked for no pork meat!) Also, the coverlets were dirty.

Review 16：Reception is not marked by a sign and is actually a basement booth where you can't bring suitcases - looks so that you don't want to come back again. Beware: credit card machines don't work properly, get ready to pay cash. Motel isn't oriented on transit passengers, mostly for restaurant customers and weddings with impossibly loud music and dancing till midnight. Restaurant waiters and manager are rude (this is "cultural" in Romania), slow and aggressive in case of crisis situation with credit card machines (look above). Shower is only for thin people. Automatic water tap is meant to be economic but is annoying. Location is close to airport terminal (300 meters), but marred by terrible quality walkway and uncomfortable bridge over expressway for carrying suitcases.
Review 17：Restaurant is rustic, pretty and cosy, food is OK, a bit overpriced for this country. Bed is comfortable for 2 star motel, the room is OK.
Review 18：Nobody replied to our questions about airport shuttle we asked on the booking site. We had to call from the airport, but somebody came relatively quick. When we checked in, we haven't been told there is no reception before 12 pm and the shuttle back to the airport has to be arranged in advance.

Review 22：The staff is not welcoming. Breakfast consists in: 1 hard boiled egg, 3 slices of ham (it smelled funny to me), 1 stale bread roll, jam and butter. Tea or coffee. If you want water, you must pay for it. The breakfast waiter is not nice at all. None of the staff speak English, that wasn't a problem for me but other guests struggled. This part of the message is for the hotel management. They don't speak English so I am writing in Romanian. Ar fi un hotel minunat, unde oricine s-ar intoarce cu mare placere daca personalul ar fi mai amabil. Un buna ziua cu zambetul pe buze este absolut necesar. De asemenea, personalul TREBUIE sa vorbeasca engleza macar nu sa vorbeasca rar si tare strainilor ca ei nu au cum sa inteleaga. Ati face mult mai multi bani daca s-ar explica din start cum stau lucrurile cu micul dejun, ce oferiti si ce nu. In plus, este inadmisibil sa serviti sunca stricata si paine veche. Stiu ca il oferiti gratis (dar hai sa fim seriosi! nimic nu e gratis, totul este inclus in pret). Nu cred ca vreti sa primiti reclamatii pt ca oamenii au facut toxiinfectie alimentara. Probabil nu va straduiti prea mult pt ca majoritatea clientilor sunt in tranzit pentru o noapte dar nu uitati ca cine zboara o data, va mai zbura si alta data si cu experienta de genul asta vor alege un alt hotel. Pierdeti clienti si este pacat pentru ca v-ati straduit atata sa decorati si aranjati totul asa frumos.
Review 23：The hotel is opposite the airport. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Has an ensuite, TV, wardrobe and a mini fridge. We didn't eat at the restaurant but the prices seemed reasonable, just like any other restaurant. They provide a free airport shuttle by request. To reach the hotel from the airport you have to walk through the airport parking and go over a bridge that goes over a very busy road. The shuttle was great for my elderly mother who couldn't bear to climb that many stairs. The room is fairly quiet. The traffic noise is not too bad but the walls are thin hence you can hear the other guests. I've read in other reviews that you can't pay by card, but I did, so they sorted that one out. :)

The restaurant was conveniently located in the back of the hotel, but the service was horrible. Review 65：Before we come, I declared that our plane lands in the midnight and we can come late. The hotel location is very easy to find but the man I don't know he is the receptionist or not is very very very unpolite!He pretends us why you come at this time! In the site it is written you can pay with the credit card but he says we can not pay by credit card and you have to pay when you had step to the hotel! He does not calculate and he created many difficulties. Also the bed is very uncomfortable and you can not feel your self in safe! Tomorrow morning he was also there and he "threw" our breakfast, he was the man I really ever saw in one of the hotel as officer! Also very bad breakfast, then our bus is 08:00 in the morning, we left very early because it was a disaster...

Review 74：to get to the reception you go into a creepy restaurant and go one floor down in the stairs. there you find 5 or 6 big guys with cigarettes and weird hats, behind them there is a reception. the guy in the reception knows no english and there are naked women on his computer screen. we paid him and than he took us to the room, and explained how stuff works (in mimic, because he doesn't know english). he was creepy. we wanted to eat dinner but the stuff were disappointed to see us coming so late (9 pm), so we just had a drink. in the morning (9:00 AM) we had breakfast which composed of 2 pieces of pastrami, boiled egg and some bread. my wife is vegetarian but there was no veggie option for her. for the coffee we had to wake the guy up (he was sleeping on the restaurant's chairs). of course he was disappointed that we wanted coffee but he gave it to us and it was fine.
