Review 1：electric outlets, I was not prepared for 2 prong....trouble finding adapters

Review 2：good breakfast, nice staff (Yelena at front desk quite helpful) and others also. bed comfortable good housekeepers resutrant staff nice and cheerful

Review 3：Slippers should be provided for guests. For the breakfast, honey and jam should have been provided. As for meat stuff in breakfast menu, it is all about pork. Guests with such sensitivities should have been taken into account and alternatives to pork (chicken, beef meat) should have been also served.

Review 4：Better than expected. Good location, helpful staff, comfortable and hygenic rooms. All I could expect from a 3 star hotel was available. Price is reasonable. I hope it doesn't go up so that I can come back and stay again. As for breakfast, there are foodstuff stranger to turkish taste like pasta or salad. But, this is a ukranian hotel and they were all edible. Particularly porridge in hot milk was tasty. I also got used to salad and pancakes were also good.

Review 6：The location was ideal for me as I could walk to most places, but there was public transport across the road if I needed it. It has a large dining room & coffee shop just outside the front door, with adequate seating. I would stay there again

Review 7：I love visiting Ukraine it is one of my favorite places to visit.I was horrifically disappointed in the very bad customer service that I received at the hotel. I had requested a single bed, and instead I was given two small beds. I was told by the receptionist whom had a really bad attitude to put the two beds together and just make one bed. The rest of my stay at this hotel, I had to endure the lack of customer service. I don't plan to stay at this place again.

Review 9：Very nice hotel. We've got Standard Twin room instead of Economy. Room was clean and tiny. Good beds. There is small refregirator in the room. Nice bathroom, with shower cabin. Towels are changed every day if you need. Room is airconditioned. There is iron on the floor so everybody can iron clothes (very useful!) Breakfest is ok, egges/ham/porrige/sauseges/cheese in form of buffet, but could be better haveing more choice and better quality of food. Breakfast is not included, costs 70 UAH and could be payed just before the breakfast. Staff is nice and helpful. Hotel is located only 10 min walk to Arcadia Beach, where there are also a lot restaurants.

Review 10：Reception has blonde girl who dont speak english and acted me very bad . İ said them i have tour group i showed my booking passbook card and reservation number and she said me we need just name i said i did on booking i took my group she dont smile and talk with me high i will take 20 person 31 july but i never choose and say in turkey other tour agent .

Review 12：Check-in process was terrible. I've ordered single bed room for two persons. But they gave me key to the room with 2 separate beds without any warnings or sings. Of course I had to go back to reception. But the did not help in any way but gave me their office phone number and told to sort it out by myself. And that was only beginning of the story. I've voiced all my complains and then spent 20 minutes trying to reach that office with no success. Finally they've picked up phone. Girl on the other side was trying to convince me that it will be fine just to move beds next to each other and cover it with singe sheet. In the end we were provided with the room that was booked, with help of hotel manager. But I believe check-in process shouldn't be so stressful. Other bad thing was laundry. You have to pay 50 HRN and than call some and agree where you can meet with her and give your dirty closes. She promised to leave it clean by the reception desk when it is washed. And she did it. I've found my closes by the help desk but wet and inside of plastic bag. In addition there was no place in the room where I was able to dry it all.

Review 14：Reception searched 5 hours my booking! 15 minutes to find out Parking man who can open the metal wire as a gate. It's ugly smell in conference room and absolutely bad system of ventilation. Fire alarm system was under installation during my stay

Review 17：There are people (clients) smoking just in the front of the hotel, and the tobacco smoke goes inside, it's very unpleasant to breathe! It was difficul to find out what public transport goes to the hotel. I thought that there is a direct tram (no.5), but ...not circulating according schedule because of some works on the line. I would prefer to find on the hotel page in booking.com how to arrive to the destination using public transport, especially for cities in Eastern Europe. Thank you!

Review 21：Breakfast is cold potatoes, scrambled eggs and cold cut meats and cheeses. Ok for a day or two but not prolonged. Hotel did not have any beer for 4 days out of 10 when I was there!! Room safe is too small and badly located so I could not secure my netbook but ok for small valuables.

Review 46：Small rooms, there were 3 of us and additional bed took all the space. Hotel is still under renovation, and work started at 8 am, was very noisy. Very poor breakfast and terrible coffee, even for extra fee (18 uah). On check-out we were asked to wait until hostess checks the room.
