Review 7：Although we knew the hotel was by the airport, we didn't realise how close; therefore noisy. The hotel seemed to be unfinished in that the shower unit wasn't fitted to the wall, or the floor; the plug sockets fell out of the wall when I tried to plug my hairdryer in. Breakfast was disappointing. We went down about 9am. Food would have been ok if it had been hot. Not appetising as it had 'sat there' for a while.

Got my breakfast (some pieces of bread, an egg and some cheese and ham) at 7.25 and the airport shuttle they cancelled because I was not ready at 7.30. Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Also they have no elavator!!!

Staff were very helpful, we arrived rather late but the lady behind the reception was still willing to help us print off boarding passes on the hotel computer for a future flight.

Polite, helpful staff, comfortable beds, quality linens, clean bathroom with a good shower, good WiFi signal and great shuttle service which you pick up by the Pepsi machine at departures. We stayed here twice on our trip and it was great both times!

Review 34：Terrible! Room was very uncomfortable and the made was not even made. I had to make it myself..is it not supposed to be a hotel? Staff had no idea and did not speak English. The shuttle to the airport was terrible and late!! Very bad service! Don't stay at this hotel unless you absolutely need to.
Review 35：The water in the shower is iffy. It turns cold all of the sudden for roughly 10 seconds, then scalding hot suddenly for 3 seconds, then returns to the desired temperature. It keeps repeating that through my whole shower. The handle also fell off. I put it back though.

Review 73：My flight was canceled and the staff at the front desk let me use their phone to make several long distance calls to re-book another flight. They also halped me look up numbers for the airlines. The free shuttle to the airport is an added bonus as well.
Review 74：Unattractive location, but as we were only there overnight it didn't matter. The main problem is that it is too far to walk from the airport in comfort (and along a busy dual carriageway) but as it is only 5-10 minutes by taxi the taxi drivers are not keen on taking you as they lose their position in the queue. One driver wanted an exorbitant amount for the trip so we used the booking machine inside the terminal to book a taxi. The driver who came didn't attempt to hide his displeasure.

There could have been a selection of bread rolls and jams, for the people who do not like cold meat, cucumber and tomato for breakfast there were warm eggs and sausage but not everyone likes that also. Other wise generally satisfied. The other alternative would be to skip breakfast go to airport earlier and have breakfast there as there was a good selection of food outlets.

Review 109：i got to this hotel as i was in a hurry and at 4.00 am i tried booking a room from my mobile phone. i touhgt i am booking rin airport otopeni but instead i booked this hotel Otopeni.i went as you realize pretty tired to recption of course nobody there. the lady came from the back after i made some noise. she was sleeping:) she had no ideea about my reservation! i left after 4 hours at recepton w. he was a guy and he took my money, he was not proper dressed and clearly was not a receptionist. the room was pretty clean, wifi and tv. there is no breakfast and i have not seen a restaurant. they have a large parking and it is free so that is a positive thing. not sure i will book again there. only if you just need a bed and no food, no services, nothing

Arrived at night and couldn't get from Arrivals to Departures when the airport was pretty much shut down. Airport staff don't know about this hotel. Almost turned and left the country after an hour wandering in the cold by the normal hotel shuttle area. We rode with another shuttle, leaving theirs at the other end of airport, which seemed to anger the staff and is probably why they were curt and rude. Sketchy location.

Because its on a divided road, getting to the airport requires driving the wrong way for a couple of miles and turning around. So location is not as good going to the airport as coming from the airport.

Review 122：The hotel has a restaurant opened till 21, but we need only some snacks. We went to gas station of the highroad (there are one on the same side of the hotel and another on the oposite). It is very dangerous to cross the Otopeni highroad, but we had tea and sandwich to the second. The bathroom floor was a little slippery.
Review 123：We stayed in the hotel for a short night. The receptionist was very polite and hepfull. The room was cold and she fixed the problem. We asked her were can we drink a coffee in the morning and she offered an excelent coffee for free. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean; we had single use slippers; the ecological lights give a cold senzation. The transfer to airport was free, the driver was punctual and helpfull, the distance is not very important because the car can not goes directly to airport, it have to change the direction only to the end of Otopeni highroad / Bucharest ring. The hotel has a parking with special fees for guests.

Review 130：Doesn't have elevator, the building seems to be interior rooms reabilitation/renovation and didnt had space at all for it inside buldiing, but that's not a big deal because the stairs were large and quite soft easy to make it. Tip maybe an external elevator build in metal structure, saw some in other buldings and it works. No phone at rooms, something easy to make it.

Review 134：Wifi is not available in the hotel, they use wifi of Rin Hotel which is close to Otopeni hotel. I reserved a room with breakfast, and being there, I asked for the price before making the payment of the room with breakfast, and they told that there's no breakfast. I was obliged to take it in Rin hotel.
Review 135：The driver of the aeroport shuttle was in time. As I arrived to Bucarest at 00h30, it was a very good thing. Same thing in the morning, as I had to be in the aeroport at 12h.
Review 136：The hotel offers a free Airport Shuttle but the driver cold not find me at the airport arrival zone (Witch is small and actually impossible to don't find someone, I got plenty times picked up there ...). The free Shuttle cost me two taxi rides to and from the Hotel and more than one hour of waiting time at the airport ... !
