Review 1：Sink and shower water too hot. Even turn to the far cold water end, water still hot. If turn to middle, water temperature hurt. Laminated floor peeled off and smelly. Door access card useless. Change card two three times. Staff unfriendly. Upon complaint, first said it was because i put my hphone and card together, after i show serious face only admitted that their door access system has this problem for long and still not fixed. Finally, they tried to convince me that it is act of God.

Review 3：Location is off the main town centre but catching a taxi was not a hassle. The bathroom needs some maintenance though... no leaky taps or anything but just dated. Got a room facing the back of the hotel which is not the best. The carpet along the hallway needs cleaning and maintenance.

Review 4：Value for money. Cant get a better family room for the price I paid. The hotel is abit old but no complaints. Good room service and housing keeping. Concierge was absolutely helpful.
