Review 1：Unfortunately couple in the room next door took their chairs out onto the balcony and "chatted" (almost outside our door) from about 7.30am on Christmas morning! (No-one's faulty really but it did impact on our ability to relax that morning!!)

Review 4：Wonderful bed. Newly refurbished with stylish soft furnishings. Fluffy towels and good quality bedlinen. Free breakfast a bonus. The location is quiet apart from the sound of waves and is close to everything. Owners very helpful and are putting a lot of energy into making guests comfortable.

Review 6：Greeted by Belinda the owner/host who was very friendly and informative. We stayed in Unit 2 upstairs with a balcony and a lovely ocean view. Room spacious and clean, bed very comfortable with lovely linen. Complimentary continental breakfast hamper had a varied choice. Convenient location close to Golf Club, beach, and eateries. Would recommend the Mollymook Seaspray.

Review 8：The Owner/manager is absolutely delightful, super helpful, friendly and professional. She recommended places to visit and events that were on. She even assisted in contacting us about the phone charger we left behind and made every effort to send to us by post.

Review 10：Location was a short stroll to the beach. You can hear the ocean from your room and even smell the saltwater. The room was clean tidy and decorated tastefully. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is undercover carparking.

Review 13：Facilities are tired and need updating. Bathroom is small and has an awkward layout. Ocean views are a bit spoiled because the walkway connecting the rooms runs in front of the window - so to watch the view you sacrifice your privacy.
Review 14：A great spot and terrific service. A lovely little continental breakfast hamper every day. Convenient to the Mollymook golf club ( I don't golf - but it's a great place for a meal with ocean views) and you can walk barefoot to the beach. Rooms really all do have ocean views.
Review 15：This Motel was way above expectations. The staff, room and the continental breakfast was wonderful. My room was clean and comfortable and they have those little extras like choice of milk and it's fresh and left in your fridge. The bathroom toiletries are lovely and even though I arrived early they had no problem with that, which I really appreciated after a long drive. I would recommend and will be staying there anytime I return. Oh and the view and the proximity to the beach is great. It may be a Motel but I enjoyed my stay far more than I did the previous nights in a top rated hotel. Highly recommend.
