Review 1：Had a hard time ordering for water since the man who picked the phone cannot understand my English.

Review 2：The rooms are clean and big. And all needed things are carefully arranged in the room.

Review 5：If you want a good nights sleep, this is the NOT the place to stay, with construction going on from 2:30 am across the street, you are sure to be kept up all night. With a TV system that doesn't work very well, and the upset stomach i got from eating the room service food, all in all, i guess the saying you get what you pay for, describes this place. I left my room at 8 am in the morning, i got back at 6 pm and the room service tray with food on was still sitting outside the room, actually outside quite a few rooms. Will not be coming back in a hurry.

Review 7：Check out process. Luggage boy took an age to bring the bags down at the time of check out. Which make me confuse waiting 4 him at the desk down . security girl in the swimming pool area was rude! Was shouting at my boy with bad words and refused to let him get in the pool even though we've got the agreement from the reseption

Review 22：The location was in a run down part of town. My refrigerator was broken, but they fixed right away. I could hear all the traffic and horn honking in my room. It was suppose to be soundproof. The WIFI was horrible I couldn't even make a call, and the the TV kept freezing evey could of minutes. The price is way to high for these conditions. WAS NOT A GOOD STAY!!

Review 40：The room service menu had poor selection and the food was cold and poor quality. Room decor was very 80's and like it hadn't been replaced since the 80's either. Mini bar was empty and smelled bad. Hot water in the bathroom almost non existent which was a pain. The breakfast was very 'hostel' style rather than hotel style (nevermind 5 star hotel!). And the view was shocking. No sea in sight. Rather just a view of the deep green hotel pool thick with algae and many dirty and dusty roof tops plus a scrap yard. No idea how this hotel keeps it's 5 star status.

Review 100：I was only there for one night as I had a long stop over on my way to Bangkok, but the room was lovely and clean and I popped into the swimming pool and Jacuzzi before having to get back on the plane.

Review 101：There were so many problems. The first room I was given stunk badly and the AC was working intermittently. But it was very big so I didn't want to move. But in the end I had to move into a smaller room as the AC stopped working completely. This new room smelt only a little better. These rooms were their best rooms on the highest floor. The first room was also dirty when I first checked in and I instructed them to vacuum, dust and spray some freshner. The bar on the mezzanine level is incredibly seedy and the security on the door didn't differentiate their treatment between those clients of the hotel and outsiders. They treated us all roughly and rudely (including my 70 year old Father who is an incredibly polite man). The bar played music too loudly and the food gave a friend food poisoning (we know this for sure as he was the only one who ate from one of the many dishes we ordered). This hotel is in a convenient location to the airport but not to the West Bay, nor is the area nice. Their prices are 5 star but the quality is far from that. I would give it a 3 star at most. For almost the same price you can stay at a much nicer true 5 star hotel. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Review 102：The staff were efficient and courteous. They did their best to ensure that my time in the hotel was as good as it could be (despite my complaints!). Close to the airport.

Asian female staff at check-in and concierge desk are the only exception: they speak good English and they do their best to help and find the information. Tumbs up for miss Eizel. In general hotel and staff miss professional approach and flair of a 5 stars hotel. 4 stars would describe better this hotel.

Review 125：hotel without back up domestic water, during my staying from January 18,2013 till January 23,2013; there was no potable water for shower, WC, foucet, taps for 3 hours on January 21 or 22 ,2013, by asking the operator told me that city water main line under fixation, and the result 5 stars hotel in Doha without water for all guisets and I asked if there is any back up water? answer; no. I guiss this out of 5 stars regulations.

Review 127：Difficulty in getting service staff tio understand that there was only 1 mug, no cups, & 1 robe in the room. After the first cleaning session, plates for the fruit were removed & not replaced even though there was a few pieces of fruit left to eat. The cups & tea spoons were removed & not replaced. The lifts had a habit of going up & down & not to the intended floor.

Review 128：We were very pleased with the way we were welcomed by Henry at the airport. The hotel car was very comfortable & the driver was extremely polite. The checking in was polite, welcoming & fuss free. The room was very comfortable & the dining we experienced was very good. I certainly enjoyed the faciolities in the sauna & swimming pool.
