Review 1：Noise inside unit, both due to faulty equipment on one night and both nights due to walls that were not well insulated.( talking and snoring) , and in- room coffee not strong enough.

Review 2：Easy to book online and to check in and out. Easy access to I-10 to NOLA, Acadiana, Blue Bayou and Bluebonnet Blvd. very near to a Super Target, and the best auto mechanic is literally around the corner.

I have always been happy with booking.com but you need to take this hotel off of your site!!!!

Review 17：The hotel was immaculate and new, the front desk girl when we checked in on Friday 9/18 was awesome. She could not have been any more professional, friendly and helpful. We will stay here in the future without fail Great value for the money and great location away from traffic and near major retail and restaurants. We travel the world and have stayed at the finest hotels, and this was excellent for the money!!!

Review 18：There were a few little annoyances in my stay here. The first was the pool was closed. It would have been nice to sit by it since it was hot out. The second was the door to the room did not latch properly, it needed to be forced to latch. The third was the elevator did not work on the day I checked in and when I checked out which meant I had to carry my heavy luggage up and down the stairs.

Review 19：The room was very quiet. Even with the elevator close by I did not hear it. The beds are comfortable and the room itself is well laid out. The location of the hotel is right off of Siegen Lane which provides easy access to the Mall of Louisiana, I10 and it's really close to Airline Highway.

Review 20：They did not serve breakfast. The staff when we checked out was rude. We did not arrive until about 4am. We asked for a late check out. We were told 1230 pm. When we left for a medical appointment and came back, the desk clerk said she had been calling our room and if we did not leave in 5 min, she would charge us for another night. It was difficult to pack in that time period especially since I use a walker for mobility. In addition, they charged my husband's credit card before we arrived even though we called to say we would not make it until the middle of the night. We wanted to use a different card but was never given the chance. We were told it was for reservations only.

Review 38：The hotel is old...the pool was not operational, the breakfast was discontinued, the evening girl behind front desk was busy talking on her cell phone, and the experience there was much less than expected. Price of room should be cut in half!

Review 42：The only downside was the tiny pool and we would have loved if they still had the continental breakfast. But there are plenty of places to eat close by and we spent most of time at the Blue Bayou waterpark to get our water fix.

Bottled water in rooms each day, not to mention the nicest staff. Very happy with our stay. Our little girls were very happy as well, especially after the free ice cream.

Breakfast was cereals, bread/toast/jams with orange juice/tea/coffee and fruit - excellent. Free ice cream between 5 and 10pm! So many eating choices within a few minutes walk - Whataburger and IHOP at the end of the car park. Large supermarket next door - what more could you want? Excellent. We would certainly stay again.

Review 62：The staff was very loud and disrespectful as they were traveling the hallways.. I can look past how loud the other guests were, but I would hope you would train your staff to be respectful. The second thing was it was a very disappointing breakfast. If I knew all they served was cold cereal and toast I wouldn't have chosen this place. Not worth the pay.

I brought my 15yr old daughter with me and we both wentdown for breakfast and were very dissappointed. Not to mention that yourwebsite also states "sound proof rooms" not!!! I could hearpeople humming in the room next to us and children yelling in thehallway. This can be expected in a hotel, unless it is advertised"sound proof rooms". That is what I expected. I request for the front desk to be change explaining that I had a important test next day and that I had to rest well. They put me in room 312 and it was perfect quiet, clean and relaxing.

The nice little touches were free ice cream in the afternoon plus fresh fruit It was really peaceful and relaxing The rooms are a generous size the beds are comfy the pillows are a bit on the small size but you get 4 to a bed there are plenty of places to eat but you either have to drive or cross a really busy road. You cannot hear the road noise as the hotel is set back and seems to be well soundproof
