Review 1：Room maintenance could be better. The soap dispenser was not topped up.

Review 4：I stayed for the first time. Had to catch a 5.30am flight the following morning. At 4.15 check- out time, my bill was ready and so was my packed breakfast! I'm impressed with this out-of-the way effort by the hotel staff.

Review 5：The staff at the coffeehouse is not helpful enough. He told us to go ask other guests whether we can join them at the table for breakfast. This is because all the tables are occupied by guests who came before us. I honestly think they are the 'host' should asked on behalf of their guest.

Review 20：I had no issues with wifi connection during a 3 night stay. The Sarawak laksa in their restaurant was yummy. We're not used to climate hear so it was very nice to come back to well working A/C throughout the lobby and our room. Quick laundry service and helpful staff.

Review 21：The room is so old, it feels like more to cheap apartment rather than hotel. The bathroom is worse, some parts are moldy and it is not something that you expect out of a hotel like Habour View.

Review 56：Wifi was poor, not ideal for business travel. Before making the booking, we made an enquiry about the wifi and was assured that this has been upgraded. Upon checking in, the staff actually didn't know anything about the wifi upgrade and the manager told us that the wifi upgrade was incomplete(whatever that means). However, they were kind enough to put us in a room with 'strong wifi connection'. Unfortunately, wifi was still poor and during the crucial moment (we had an important Skype business call), the wifi failed us and we had to take the call on our mobile phone (roaming charges!). Not looking forward to the phone bill.
