Review 1：had to switch rooms because the initial room had door problems (battery drained so the card reader didn't work and battery couldn't be replaced because manager left home). next room that was offered to us was promised to be cleaned at first in 10 minutes, than they said 1 hour, than they said it won't be cleaned that day so we should move to a 3rd room they had in their offer but at 5th floor (our intial room was at 3rd floor). the elevator was not working at night when we came from the town so we had to go to the 5th floor by stairs. fitness room deplorable. clean staff came to ask if they can clean the room at 11am though we could do check-out until 12am and the day before they couldn't clean the room that was promised as a 2nd room offer.

Review 3：Despite having the 'Do not disturb' sign hung on the door the cleaning lady insisted with knocking on the door and finally entering the room, personnel could use some basic instruction regarding privacy and common sense!

Review 5：One of the three rooms had a small window that didn't open all the way. The beds weren't too soft. The swimming pool opened at 12:00 while the check out time as well was 12:00, meaning we couldn't visit there in the morning before leaving... Some people were smoking in the lobby. The wireless didn't work that well, it took it few minutes to get connected each time (we tried from several phones).
Review 6：The location wasn't too far from the center (few minutes by car, though not that much of a pleasant walking distance). The rooms were pretty fine.
Review 7：the heating in the bathroom didn;t work in december, the shower head was pretty much not working either and the main lamp in the room didn't work aswell

Review 21：my room was not cleaned in 4 days. Nearly everything is broken in the gym. There was incessant barking from the neighbours dog so sleep was impossible.
