Review 1：The rooms looked a little 'tired' - starting to feel out-dated! Reception area possibly needs to be made a bit more private per client- the staff checking me in and out were great - BUT - we were harrased by other (not so polite) clients who seemed to think they were more important !!

Review 2：1 Room was on the small side (room 511) and dark . There was a window but you had to keep it closed as it was within view of an internal corridor and looked out to the foyer ...though this view was blocked by a painting hanging from it . 2 .The hotel is really classically decorated leaning towards arabic tastes with dark marlble and dark wood and chandeliers opulence .. but furnishings are starting to look worn . 3. Though the staff were nice this hotel doesn't feel like a place for young children. 4. Ordered room service , prices are high so be prepared to pay 40 Ryal for a coca- cola. Food arrived covered in foil , not silver covers like you would expect. ?? which I thought odd in such elegant establishment . 5 For the price range . there are better options in the market .

Review 12：Don't expect much when you read it is FIVE STARs hotel ... the first thing I said when I entered this hotel: "If this is a FIVE STARs hotel, what would be a 4 or 3 stars hotel in Qatar?" ... if you have tried a 5 stars hotel in Dubai you will feel the difference the moment you step in this hotel ... I'm sure this will not take more than 3 stars in Dubai or 4 if I want to be generous with them, but definitely not 5 stars! I asked for a room in high floors and on the front side of the hotel, and they gave me one on the 3rd floor and has a backyard view! I asked for the food menu and it took them a whole one hour to bring it, and after 2 calls. The second day they didn't refill the complementary coffee. There was always traffic in-front of the hotel. always count for 1/2 hour extra when you're go from the hotel to somewhere, or back to the hotel. Finally, the thing that _strongly_ I would not advise is the breakfast, don't go for that and don't waste your money. it does not worth what you are paying for and it is poor for a 5 stars hotel.

Review 13：Smiley people on the reception. My room was capacious. There was Nespresso machine :) Bein Sports channels were available and free. WiFi was very good. Just good in everything.

Then I am not rich to use limousine. I like comfort and good services because of that I choice hotels 4 or 5 stars. The area is nice pool and spa I taked a amazing javanesse massage on the spa inside hotel. I am simple person Iike to walk on the cities and make new discoveries. Anyways Thanks to the Hotel.

Review 31：The hotel is ideal for family. There is asian and arabic restaurant as well as the buffet restaurant. The spa is really nice and the swimming pool too. The gym is open for 24 hours. I am recomending this hotel especially if you planning to visit hamad hospital as its really near. The hotel maintained its cleanliness all the time. The room i was given has a pool view, clean, comfortable. the people in front desk are really welcoming. The Receptionist who check me in michael and also bellboy another michael both are friendly and very informative. And when i check out shushil bellboy and receptionist tarek are very helpful too.

Review 63：On arrival, you could sense the hotel is very disorganised. This was confirmed when we tried to check in. It took quite some time and then they offered us an upgrade. This sounded good, but when we went to the room is was a 'smoking' room. We ordered non smoking. We therefore asked for another room. We were then taken to a twin room but the staff had no way of putting the beds together. This was not satisfactory for my wife and me. Eventually, they found us a non smoking double room. They also overcharged me on check-in which had to be resolved. They sent some nice dates up to say sorry, but it was a ridiculous check-in process. The hotel is in a dreadful location where the traffic outside gets completely gridlocked. It's therefore a real challenge to get a normal taxi, often having to rely on the more expensive 'hotel taxis'. The breakfast staff did their best, but seemed overwhelmed and poorly trained. The breakfast itself was ok. Overall, the hotel could be nice, but it's so disorganised it's hard to enjoy your stay. The location also caused problems. Not a 5 star experience.

Review 75：I was disappointed at the location, which is not so central as it may appear. I was also disappsointed at the Maroccan resturants service (although the ambience in the Place and the food was good)

Review 84：On checkin in, I was asked if I needed an airport shuttle on check out. I asked if there was any difficultys to hail a normal cab in the morning at 7am. Was told by receptionist that it was not an issue at all and journey time to the airport was on twenty minutes. On check out, the official door man said it was impossible to catch a cab and just stared at us outside the hotel door with our bags, unwilling to help.I went back to the Concierge who told me all his private airport car shuttles were booked out, and no other taxis could be called. After much commotion as we were concerned of missing our flight, and unwilling to just walk the streets of an unknown city for a cab with our luggage. An spare private shuttle driver was located and we endured traffic which took the journey to the airport 45 mins and not 20, as we were told.

Weddings takin gplace with drums( two in one week) going until 3am- we were three floors up yet it disturbed us and getting tea in the lounge area is a long wait not the wait staff's fault but hte kitchen people out the back. Review 110：I was upgraded to a junior suite. The staff were great giving me a detailed overview of facilities in the hotel and room. When I was waiting in the lobby for a driver who was late, they noticed and came over to see if there was a problem.

Also the hotel porters were just standing watching me carrying my bags and baby stroller from the car on daily basis without even trying to help. The guy who took me to my room when I arrived started talking and explaining the hotel areas and what I have in the room to the level of "This is your TV!!" while my son was crying and me and my wife were so exhausted to listen to 15 minutes of common sense stuff!

Review 115：1- the take money directly so if you cheched in you cannot terminate your stay as you will be shocked by room size 2- poor hospitality of stuff and I didn't settle in final room till 8 pm as they not fullfill my demands of the room even the last room was small &one of the room was at the entrace of the spa so you feel like you are sitting in the street 3-rooms are so small &no space to move your feet 4- bathroom is so small its better to be called "wash room" & the toilet dirty with balck disgusting caculi 5- I've been in so many hotels in Doha and never received a call telling me you have to check out only in this hotel they called like 2 times that I have to leave 6- its not worth the money 550 & it should be ckasified as 2 stars not 5 stars 7- I'll never reckmmend or come back to this hotel
