Review 1：the man at the front desk was very rude and he wanted us to speak only bulgarian. there was a funny smell at the lobby. poor breakfast. flooded bathroom after bath. spotted towels
Review 2：None of the staff spoke English well enough to communicate efficiently. The parking lot was full of pot holes and in very bad condition. The sign showed that we could pay with credit card, but upon check out they only accepted cash.
Review 3：The location of the property in the center of town. The staff was kind and courteous to my colleagues and I. The breakfast was simple but good.
Review 4：Hotel was empty. Because of that central heater was not working. They were trying to heat rooms with electric heaters.
Review 5：We stayed in Smolyan Hotel but hotel was empty. Because of that hotel was cold. I suggest other guest to stay in summer not in winter. Hotel is clean and nice wood view.
Review 6：We arrived after a tiring ride and we had to pay in advance for bothrooms in leva.So we had to go find a bank.The breakfast was poor and there were flies flying all over the place and the food. Yogurt and milk seemed to have been there for a long time. In general it is an old hotel from another era.No fridge no aircon in the room, but we knew that in advance.There was no wifi in the room as stated in the description. You can easily skip this hotel.
