Review 1：Car park a bit hard to find - you need a code from reception to raise the door.
Review 2：Welcoming staff on reception, lovely restaurant (Egon), excellent choice of breakfast buffet. Location in centre of city.
Review 3：Don't count on parking - available car parking onsite for hotel is small and most guests will need to find parking in the surrounding area.

Review 5：The WiFi signal was excellent in the lobby and restaurant but extremely poor in the room. Most of the time we were having to use 4G just for basic access.

Review 7：The personnel is friendly and attentive, the room was nice and tidy, the Egon restaurant at the hotel's ground floor has a special atmosphere ideal for friends gathering. The location is ideal, close to the Trondheim Torg mall, many shops are located from three to four blocks from the hotel, the bus stop to and from the Vaernes airport is at 200 m. The Nidaros cathedral, the Train and bus stations and the harbour are also relatively close to it. Many pubs are located from 100 to 300 m from the hotel and night life in Trondheim is very active in the weekends. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is new to the city and wants to have a great stay and also have everything at a close distance.
Review 8：Noisy fridge and noisy neighbour in next room with TV Got a extra charge on my debit card that was not expected. I booked this in May online and never expected a charge in July when card was taken and left hotel. Tea and kettle in room needed. Prices gone up a lot to eat in restaurant so had to walk up road to eat. Air conditioning units could be heard from outside so kept window shut.
Review 9：Receptionist helped me when I had a problem in room with noise. Laid back with customers Breakfast was serve yourself. staff topped up food when running down low and kitchen staff worked hard too. Coffee machine good. Clean and tidy room. Reception now has bigger sofas for people to wait.
