Review 1：Actually, everything was just perfect. Good location, very helpful personnel, comfortable and quiet room. We've had an early departure (5 am) and were provided with a cool breakfast to-go. In a nutshell it's a great choice for the price less than $50 per night.

Review 7：excellent staff at the front desk & breakfast room, big spacy room, very clean, great placement, very safe, walking distance to main attractions, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, plenty of choices on breakfast, fast & free wifi. we came by car and called in advance to reserve a parking lot in front of the hotel.

Review 8：Beware that some rooms have not been refurbushed and photos provided to Booking.com does not necessarily showing what you will actually get ... Bed mattress consists if two parts and you can find yourself in between them in a middle of the night ... Not a real 4 star hotel quality in my view.

Review 12：I am very pleased with Aleksandrovskiy Hotel, and i enjoyed the feeling of a family the staff gave me and i felt very welcome. I could sense that they really cared about me and wanted my staying to be as pleasant as possible, they did that, and i will return.

Review 13：There was no view whatsoever. It wouldn't be a problem, but it was promised in the room description. The shower booth won't hold any water so all the floor will be covered with water. In the evening we found a cockroach circling around in our bathroom which was also not so pleasant. There were some stains on the pillowcases like from blood.

Review 14：First of all, the location is perfect. Rooms are spacious and bright. You can control the temperature inside. There was a complimentary bottle of champagne and some very tasty gingerbread. Very nice. Wi-fi is great as well. The breakfast was filling and delicious.

I liked the hotel very much and the service is excellent and I am going to visit Odessa again by end of this year and this is the hotel; that I am going to stay. So by this you can guess, how much I liked this hotel.

Review 16：Great room and space for a family of 4 in the Jr Suite. We booked the wrong type room and they quickly got us a the correct type room. Nice new furnishings, very clean and close to the heart of the city. Also liked that the staff we encountered spoke pretty good English!

Review 110：Some of the staff spoke imperfect English and this resulted in a coupleof misunderstandings. Also, they were not willing or not able (I couldnot be sure) to help me with my flight check-in which was inconvenientand forced me to check-in for my flights at the airport. I left earlymorning for my return flight which was prior to breakfast. Thereceptionist offered me some orange juice form the bar, knowing it wastoo early to serve me breakfast. I understood that this would be free asorange juice was just one item in the buffet breakfast included in theroom and when I asked her about it the receptionist appeared to me toconfirm that the orange juice would not cost me anything. While I wasleaving she asked me to pay for the orange juice, which I refused to doof course and this seemed to upset her.

The bedsand rooms are comfortable and spacious and the shower does not leakwater onto the bathroom floor when I take a shower. The staff wasgenerally helpful and got me my messages on time and got me taxis when Ineeded them. The buffet breakfast included with the room is good andmore than adequate. The room is a good value for the money.
