Review 1：The most annoying thing was, that the internet connection was not in all public places, and not in the rooms. Also some times it gets very warm in the hotel , the A/C didn't seem to be always on . Another thing is in some days they didn't come to clean the room although i put the sign on the door when i left.

Review 5：I have booked a luxury triple room @144€ but when I checked in I have been told that I have no reservation even thou I showed them the booking confirmation and they told me that booking.com always books rooms to people without making sure that there is available rooms. And when I insisted I have been told that threre is no triple room available and they gave me a double room but at the price of the triple. I had to call booking.com to fix the issue coz the hotel insisted in taking the triple room price. I would not recommend this hotel for any friend.

Review 8：WIFI again was at the reception and again had problem logging on even if you get the signal. there were no other restaurants close by within the walking distance under the weather... Reception decoration is dated and too many smokers there to enjoy

Review 9：Our room was very big (room 2304) and had a large balcony facing the indoor pool. Yes, we were at the far end of the hotel so it would take quite a walk but did not bother us too much. Dinner was buffet style and they had different themes (Italian/Intl/Seafood, etc) depends on the day of the week. The outdoor pool was big, beautiful and quite unique, they had different depth for different audiences, all joined up as the big pool. Some areas they even had platforms with shallow water so you could just virtually lie down to sunbathe inside the pool. The indoor pool was ok but since no one was there you could have your "own" pool and the view through the windows were also nice.

For example: 5 dt for the keep-safer in the room, 5 dina for the towel in swimming pool, the Computers room has only 2 PC without mouse, you have to ask to use the mouse. Wifi is present only in the hall, and it didn't always work

For tourist, the reception could present and book for you a trip into regional attractions (Sahara desert Matmata-Douz, Tatooine...) if you wished for. In the hotel there is everything you need to enjoy your stay: a spa, a swimming pool outside, a hot swimming pool inside, 2 restaurants, a beach, bar, night club
